Oh, no way!! Not in this price range. He actually should consider pulling it off the market, then putting it back in a month or two because at 100+ days, it is "stale."

And changing realtors when he does put it back on the market. Although the house does lack a pool, which is a very desirable thing where Adam lives, it's still a really beautiful house. BTW, although I'm not a realtor, I sold my previous house myself and it took me a week and one open house to get three offers. Some houses are just easier to sell than others and you have to know what price to ask based on recent sales of comparable houses.

Hi, I'm new here! I've been lurking for a while but decided to register today Should I introduce myself? I will if anyone wants! Well I joined sorta because I wanted to share my thought of why Adam's selling his house. I think part of the reason is because when you search "Adam Lambert address," you can actually find the address on the first page of Google. That's not enough privacy for sure. There's this website called Virtual Globetrotting that comes up on the first page, and if you go to that site, it will show the google map of Adam's house. If you put the yellow human on his house, you get the address. And according to this site www.redfin.com/CA/Los-Angeles/Undisclosed-address-90069/home/7119767, he bought it for $2,995,000 (since someone was wondering earlier).

I've not posted for so long you all probably don't remember me. I'm here everyday though as I do love Adam. Just wanted to log in to wish everyone Merry Christmas and Happy New Year.
It will probably be quite awhile before I post again. Like Adam, I am moving, but unlike him, I will not put my house on the market until the day after I'm gone. At the end of Feb. I'm leaving Illinois after 78 years to go live next door to my son (at his request) in Tennessee. It should be quite an adventure! Just know, dear Atop, I will be reading every day and following our dear Adam's career.

Happy Holiday to everyone. I'm holding my lil celebration and having Christmas dinner. Just a few close friends and relatives coming and to celebrate my new dog Remy. He's a three year old Rhodesian Ridgeback, who had benign neglect. Barely able to be walked when I got him a year ago and my blessing is Remy's complete turnaround. I still miss Minnie who was with me for 19 years, but I feel certain even Minnie would want Remy to be loved. So best wishes to you all here and hoping the new year is the best for all of us in 2018. I am so glad that you are honoring Minnie by rescuing a new dog and giving him a wonderful life as you did Minnie. Boo and I are spending time Christmas ever visiting the Children's Hospital in Atlanta as a therapy dog team. Spreading the love! So happy you adopted a neglected dog. Nineteen years is a nice long life, your love kept Minnie going

Tell us a little bit about how long you've been a fan and do you live in the US? We've discussed and speculated about Adam selling his house before. I have no idea why. Like Patti said, for Hollywood, he actually has quite a bit of parking along the street to the side and around the garage and most Uber in for parties, etc. It is right on the street, but is really handy to Sunset, etc. I think there's enough "grass" for Pharaoh. I think the house is so "him". I read on Twitter that a friend of a Glambert said that one of the Homes of the Stars bus tours stops by there...doesn't seem that likely to me, but IDK. I do know that quite a few Glamberts have been known to drive by for a first hand look or to take a pic :D This house is his "starter" home. I'm thinking he'll upgrade to higher up and more private. I really can't see him wanting to leave LA....but he surprises us sometimes.

That's not unusual though for stars' homes. I mean, it's been published on some on line sites. Guarantee you, when he gets his new one, people will know the address within hours. And WELCOME!!!!!!!!!!!
