When fans say Marc or Paul are better than Adam, I don't think it is because they have not heard Adam. I don't even think they really believe what they are saying. But they are cheering for their favorite or trying to downgrade what Adam can do. When Adam and Angie sang "Titanium" on Idol and fans and media were raving about the performance, KA fans were saying his version done on his club tour was better that Adam's. According to them he should have been invited instead of Adam (cause he won ya know), lol. Most don't take this stuff seriously. Adam is known for being an extraordinary vocalist and he shows it often enough to just brush off the naysayers. No comparison or explaining is even needed. It all comes down to our personal preferences. I think, that most people believe, what they are saying. Although Adam is a technically better singer than Marc or Paul, that doesn't mean, that he appeals to everyone. Many simply don't like his tone. And since most people don't know much (if anything) about singing, they confuse "being better" with "I like his singing better". That's my take on it.

There are some people on Facebook that say he has no talent and one who responds to every positive comment with name-calling, attacks his looks, and that he's a goat. Seriously, since the EMA's, I have not heard any excessive vibrato from Adam so I am still trying to figure out what he is talking about. And I've heard some excessive vibrato from Freddie on YouTube.

I was looking through my best of folder this weekend and was delighted by the vids I saved from the 8 year anniversary of Highline and Strpped iHeart show and VH1 storytellers. Esp since many have disappeared from YT. What glorious shows. Many shows later, I still have Highline in my top 5. Blessed be.

Seriously, since the EMA's, I have not heard any excessive vibrato from Adam so I am still trying to figure out what he is talking about. And I've heard some excessive vibrato from Freddie on YouTube. I know that one. He's just a troll. He attacks Brian and Roger as well. I know him from the German Queen-fanclub forum and after he was banned there, I unfortunetly found out, that he went on to QueenZone and is now terrorizing the QAL-section there. Queen-fans despise him as well. His only aim is to annoy Adam- and QAL-fans and make them leave the forum (he even said so). Don't give 2 fuxx on what he's saying! He's not worth thinking twice about the rubbish, he writes. He doesn't even have much knowledge about Queen. I think, his obsession with Adam is absolutely sick - and I don't understand it. Because, as you wrote, he hates on every post on the official Queen-facebook page as well as in the forum. For 7 years! He has been banned from QueenOnline by the way. On the contrary, I'm regularly on Queen-sites and I find, that most Queenies are completely OK with Adam by now. Many learned to like him , some simply got used to him and some ignore the collaboration. It's all fine. And there will always be some haters. The more success Adam has, the more haters he will have - as well as fans. Don't let them (the few haters) get at you! .

Some have never wanted him to front Queen or have any success at all. Adam is recognized for his great vocal abilities and that is not said about a lot of them. If Brian and Rodger had wanted Marc, there was nothing stopping them from giving him the frontman gig for the Queen band. It is not as if he turned them down and they had to settle for Adam.

Oh, this does not sound good. Ouch. My immediate thought (not knowing how it all went down)... Adam probably had a feeling that it wouldn't be such a rocking good time How did they think this would be good promotion? No idea when it aired, as I don't watch much tv.

And different fans are invested in different artists. Also, some may just not like Adam or his voice, but luckily many do I can live with that and just not listen to those that keep barking. Sold out arenas speak for themselves.

Alot of is just fan bias. But funny this is most here seem open minded and reasonable. Alot of them are just trolls. Like even his Warble. 2011 was 7 years ago. He is much stronger their these days. I mean Adam and Queen sell out arenas around the world. So must be doing something right. I don't dislike Martel. I Think he is a decent vocalist. Very good technique. Sounds alot like Freddie. But he is nothing special to me because of that. Just another Freddie imitator. Adam is unique.
