He tagged Sara incorrectly and didn't mention Judas. It's all about John/Jesus. You can listen to the whole soundtrack for free on Spotify, or buy it elsewhere. ETA: It's not the whole new soundtrack.....just John's song and Superstar for now. Interesting. The songs are billed as "live in concert" but, the concert hasn't happened yet, and they have the recordings. How's that??? John did a better job than I expected. I don't like his falsetto at the end: too wimpy for that dramatic part of the song. But, he does throw himself into the interpretation. As for Brandon, his voice sounds similar to others I have heard do the role. Slightly rough and unrefined. Adam would have sounded very different from that. Maybe too refined? Brandon does not have the depth and roundness and power that I would like to hear in the part.... while Adam has it in spades. But, Brandon acquits himself well. Other than it being the "John Legend Show" it may not suck. But, I don't think I will watch it anyway. Bitter grapes. My problem with John Legend is that it makes me cringe when he goes for the high notes. It just sounds to me like he's straining his voice. I think the Brandon Victor Dixon guy sounds better then John to me.

Doesn't look very tasty to me....lol Is this some kind of Passover dish? I don't think I've ever seen this before. Definitely not a Passover dish. Octopus is not kosher -- just like other shellfish. It would be a bit like serving shrimp for Passover.

Calimari (fried squid) would be more plausible and palatable since it is a Mediterranean dish but not sure as a stuffing. No, just No. Must be a fun seder! Neither octopus nor calamari are kosher. "Seafood is kosher as long as it has fins and scales. Shellfish like lobsters, oysters, shrimp, octopus, clams, and crabs are forbidden. Some fish, like swordfish and sturgeon, have scales that are questionable, so they're usually considered trayf."

That octopus stuffing looks seriously disgusting!
Way late but I loved the look on Adam with the gold-green-smokey-eye make-up and the gold-shiny jacket he wore a few times on the last tour with Queen...
Wow...five days...that's I think the longest I haven't posted in the last two years^^

And yes, I think he enjoyed the play on "puss." LOL Just glad I'm not having this for my Easter dinner. Blah.
