First Album: Meet the Beatles in Vinyl, still have it along with just about every other album they released - in vinyl and some duplicates in CD. Crush: George Harrison Concert: Beatles, August 21, 1964, Seattle, WA and still have the ticket stub.
Concert Regrets: Missed seeing Queen with Freddie when they played in Pacific NW in 1977 and 78; Would love to see Bruce Springsteen and Rolling Stones. Always seemed to be traveling when they came close to playing in my area. There is still hope to see them since they continue to tour. Saw lots of other groups on the way. Remember taking my nephew to see his favorite band -Poison at the Key Arena in Seattle and also Guns N Roses and Metallica were on the same bill at the King Dome when it was still standing. Parents would not let him go with friends so I took him and a couple other friends to the concerts. Was a lot of fun.

In 1966 the Beatles came to Milwaukee, Wisconsin for a concert (75 miles from where I lived). I beggggggged my parents to let me go. They said no, I was too young. Maybe the next time they came back. I was heartbroken. Plus, that was their last tour of the US. Never had another chance.

Love Sly and the Family Stone. I have their LP as well. I also love Sly and the Family Stone. I'm a breast cancer survivor, and the facilitator for a support group that I belong to worked as a musical tech for a while in California (she now lives in New Mexico). She worked a lot with Sly and the Family Stone (probably was involved with that LP you mention), and says that Sly was just the most wonderful guy to work with. God bless you for being a breast cancer survivor. My Mother was also, but cancer led to her demise 27 years later. I recall being allowed to attend the shows at the Uptown Theatre in North Philadelphia. For $.25 cents for the matinee you saw on average 6 acts. Little Stevie Wonder, the O'Jays, the Whispers, the Dells, the Delfonics etc. At night I think you saw Moms Mabley and still more acts. I recall hiding in the theatre after the matinee let out, so as to see the next show. Adults paid I think $1.00 for their evening show. But that big show I attended with my sister was the first one at the Civic Center featuring Sly and the Family Stone and I recall being terrified when she went to the bathroom, wondering how my parents would ever find me. If only those prices were now. LOL

I was watching HGTV last night and I heard "Cake By the Ocean" by DNCE (they are also with Philymack) being used. I have seen an ad featuring Camilla Cabello using a Queen song. I sure hope someone is working to get Adam some placements when his new material is ready. So ready to see him get some mainstream US publicity for his work. Even some US publicity with Queen going into the Vegas Residency would be welcomed. Anything!

Her Insta story suggests that. The only direct flight to Amsterdam goes at 1.40pm. Maybe that’s his. However, I think that means back to work for Adam. 😉 First album, then Vegas. And we will see, when or if Gian will be back.

Just glanced at the Vegas tickets. They have lowered 101 Row A Platinums to $365 for Friday the 21st. Anybody wanting front row Brian's side.....seats 9 and 10 are pretty/very good.
Prices for Wed's show for 101 A 5 & 6 aren't quite as good $518. Same for the final show on Sat 101 A 7&8.
