Very interesting. Clever song which PR absolutely could not sing well. Frankly, I am not sure Freddie could sing it well live. The melody is challenging, with jumps up and down the singer's range in quick succession. It would be difficult for many singers to nail the pitch on every note, or to keep the light tone consistent from top to bottom. Brian is correct. Adam could handle it with aplomb. I have always loved this fun song and had hoped they would add it to the concerts sometime.

Hope Brian mentioning this song is a clue. Not too be greedy, but I'd also love a big ballad. Less then two months to go till the first show!

I’d love to hear Adam sing this song- it’s one of my favorites- but Freddie had no problem singing it live. youtu.be/zRM8-oAe7aA

Good Old-Fashioned Lover Boy is PERFECT for Adam! I wish he would sing it on tour. He could REALLY camp it up beautifully!
As for the Michael Orland, Carrie and Adam trio as Idol judges, I would go for that!

If Idol need a more cost effective idol judging panel. Orland, Adam, and Carrie would be great.
A song I would love to hear Adam sing Love of my life on the next Queen tour. Prob unlikely as The Freddie connection. But he would nail that song. Like to see Love Kills return too.

Gosh what am I missing.. just watched American Idol on ON Demand..IMHO the best singers were cast off.. Only Laine moves me at all. The judges have driven me crazy this whole season they think everyone of the singers is a marvel .$25,000,000 to Katie... what ??why??? AI says this is the best show ever.. the most talented,etc.. How can they even begin to say this.. There is hardly any personality among four of them and voices pretty average to me.. Yikes... I am so underwhelmed OK I feel better now LOL Yeah I agree decent singers. But lack real personality and charisma. I mean even without Adam in 2009. It’s still arguably the most tajenyed season. Everyone had great personalities and charisma.
