Oops, something happened to my profile picture. I've had it so long, I forget how I uploaded it. Must investigate. Or maybe my whole life has just become a blur.

@drbrianmay: Hello Stereographic Folks ! (and anyone who wants to join in !) This MIGHT be the first 3-D picture of Hurricane Dorian ever published. It’s from the old team of @lonely_whispers and Bri - and the old magic still… www.instagram.com/p/B2NyAddhWPd/?igshid=1w8i9cixhq52e

Annnnnd, I just signed up for a southwest credit card (that I don't need by the way) with a $99 annual fee in the hopes that it may give me some opportunity to spend more money to buy points to try to win my way into this thing, OMG I'm crazy....! Wait wait. I have a Southwest credit card with oodles of points. I somehow missed what you have to do to get into that concert. Could someone clue me in? Also I have a VIP ticket for NY Global Citizen gig. I would sell it for $100. And my friend would sell hers for $150 since I am not going. www.1.awardhq.com/24468SWA0SWARR/RapidRewards?icid=SWArewardspotlight_July2018_events&p=AuctionsSays "coming soon" for info. about Live in the Vineyard - I think you may have to use rapid reward points

I know, more FLD than I can tolerate. If someone else listens and tells me that guy is not an asshat, then I might listen - grrr! Been meaning to ask this for a while...what does FLD mean? The anagram was coined by bridgeymah and stands for Freddie Legal Disclaimer. When Adam began singing with Queen, every article, every tweet, every mention of Adam was accompanied by some form "he's no Freddie Mercury", even if the author seemed clueless about Queen history or was too young to have seen them live. We began calling this kneejerk reaction a FLD. It's why I never read reviews of QAL. It's gotten better, or at least I presume it has

TY Jablea for posting the reading material over the years I’ve seen a number of articles re radio but I can’t recall any talking about what it takes to get on TV ... how does one get to be on The late night or morning talk shows? Or be featured in one of the “about entertainment” programs...? the same question re playlists... what is automated there and what is not? Who are the “curators” and what is their criteria... on some level I am not even sure I want to know : On TV shows we know that Shosh has said they just target one in each market or time slot so probably not that much different from what we see with the radio interviews. Since there is just one of him and not a cast like in BoRhap that they can spread around then the currency they have is exclusive. I keep hoping that they could get him on a late night interview for Maximus. Now for playlists. They used to be controlled by bloggers. Find your niche, write about it, people go from the blog to streaming. Very few left that way, now it's all computer algarithms for playlists like "great songs for picnics", "play these with the car top down", "date night", "morning workout". So for especially Spotify they want you to stay on the platform not go off and read and then come back. That being said Capital UK's Big Top 40 chart that SuperPower is on this week has it's own playlist: open.spotify.com/user/11141027853/playlist/67Zz05N6ZsLFisYMxLJT4ANot really sure what is happening in the other streaming platforms. Empi.re has broken a lot of their artists on SoundCloud and Deezer is another one that gets tracked for performance.

Haha! I have to chuckle at anyone who has a problem with the SP video because parts of it don't look "realistic," ie. the background scene as he is driving the car, etc. This video is not meant to show literal reality. It's meant to show how someone performs MINI-MIRACLES with his SUPERPOWERS! It's a fun fantasy. Adam changes the street signal from his car. He fixes the guy's broken car. He quickly provides a new ice cream cone for the little girl. He makes the hydrant go on with a stroke of his hand. It's all magical fun. Nit-picking just takes the joy out of it. Yay! We hit a million and beyond for Superpower! Keep it up! I come from the world of Visual Effects. If The Avengers or Harry Potter (since you mentioned magic) had anything like that, people would be up in arms There was a shot in BoRhap the movie in the recreation of Live Aid where the background had some slight issues, but of course nothing of the magnitude of what is in Superpowers. People who are used to the high production values of, say, Taylor Swift's videos could be taken aback. Again, I think it is intentional, but it can also be misconstrued as "low budget", and from there, as "low quality"...
