I watched the beginning on my TV and they went to commercial break during one of the songs, so watched the rest on my computer. Did they just leave it off their broadcast? I think it was RGG, but I can't remember now. They did Radio Ga Ga. They went to commercial after three songs - that's pretty much the most anyone else did. And then it was like oopps, they aren't stopping there. They didn't do a commercial after that until after the encore.

For me, I am not going to judge by how loud the applause seemed from my tv. Everyone seems to be raving about the QAL performance and some who attended said they were really into it. When they showed the audience they looked as if they were really enjoying the show. The tweets have been in awe of Adam and his voice. So I enjoyed the wonderful performance that I saw. It was a bit of a downer for me when Brian performed but I know many look forward to it. I'm really happy that many got to see Adam in his glory with such a large audience and on tv. A win win situation and cause for celebration, imo.

I missed not hearing FBG.
Facts from the stats: FBG has been part of every QAL tour concert since 2012, but has been performed at only 33% of the non-tour QAL appearances - iHeartRadio MF 2013, iHeartRadio Theatre pre-tour concert 2014, the QAL Rock Big Ben at the end of that year, and Rapier's BD last week. For comparison, We Are The Champions has also been performed at every single tour concert, but at 75% of non-tour appearances: AI Finale 2009, MTV EMA 2011, iHRMF 2013, iHeartRadio Theatre 2014, QAL Rock Big Ben 2014, Late Late Show with James Corden 2017, The Oscars 2019, Rapier's BD, and the Global Citizen Festival. There are 5 other songs that have been performed at 100% of the tour concerts. All of them got performed tonight, but they all had less non-tour performances than WATC... More interesting stats coming soon on adamfullcircle.com

Brian frequently calls Adam the "gift from god." Well, so is Queen. Their catalog of songs provide a daunting challenge for Adam's voice and lets it soar in all its glory, majesty, nuance, power, and resonance. Queen puts Adam center stage at the pinnacle of rock performances. I had a silly grin on my face thruout the whole performance, occasionally shaking my head in wonder at that voice. Glad that Adam's new solo music is thrilling so many, and that he is excited and proud of it. But, with the style in which he sings it, and with the frequent use of falsetto, it doesn't come close to maximizing the one in a billion voice he has. Queen lets the beast loose, let's the Ferrari accelerate to 140 mph thru hairpin turns up and down mountains. Thank God for Queen!!!Amen, cassie! It was so weird.... after ALL THESE YEARS of watching QAL, and hungrily consuming a gazillion QAL videos, I actually felt my eyes welling up with tears tonight, listening to Adam singing those dearly familiar classic songs. Adam's voice + those songs = magnificent. Ferrari, indeed.

I feel like I need to comment to "balance things out" when it comes to the "one in a billion voice". Loved the Global Citizen concert tonight of course, and I too had a grin on my face. After all, about 10 years after Idol and the AMAs Adam was back redeeming himself, on live TV on a major stage, looking and sounding like the star he is now. It's been a great year for him so far that started off with the Oscars and isn't over yet. About that "Ferrari" of his ... no need for me to accelerate to 140 mph on a dangerous road to fully enjoy the vehicle. I prefer a smooth ride that gets and keeps me in the zone, while wrapped in a "velvet" blanket. I love the new sound and the occasional falsetto in addition to Adam's storytelling that I can "connect" with. A matter of personal preferences perhaps.

Love Kelly! Went to her concert in STL this year, she’s amazing! She’s really funny and down to earth. Glad they met.

Do you use a special player for the FLAC files bamafan? Thanks VLC Media Player will play FLAC files on all PC (Windows, Mac, Linux) and mobile phones/tablets (Android, Apple, for sure). iTunes is the only music player I know of which will NOT play FLAC files. Most audio sound systems with external speakers will also play FLAC files, and also many BluRay players. Also, FLAC files are just WAV files which have been compressed to a smaller size without losing any quality whatsoever. FLAC files can contain more metadata than WAV files. Metadata is hidden information in the file that allows the player to display the song title, album title, artist, etc. You can make the highest quality CDs from either FLAC or WAV files. Music is essentially written to CDs as WAV files. Thanks very much
