What a coincidence, that Robbie explains in this interview everything we discussed yesterday. And I loooove his praise for Adam. Robbie knows that Queen and Adam won’t split, so he can now safely apply for the job as Queen‘s lead singer.

REMINDER Only 2 more days left to voteAdam Deep Cut Appreciation Poll
During Adam's last Instagram Live Chat on February 25, 2020 he said that he might sing one of his songs that he had never performed live solo. Well that certainly got us thinking and this poll was born. We identified twelve songs that he had never performed live on solo tour or only performed once in a one-off. From these songs, we will vote to determine 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place choices, just in case he needs our input for more than one deep cut song to sing during the Velvet Tour. So you are really voting on which song you think he will sing, not necessarily which song you like the most. But hey, it's your vote! The poll will be open until 11:59 CST on March 8, 2020. You can go to the poll thread and caste your vote in a post in that thread (please vote there because I will not be able keep track of the Daily News Threads) by following this link - adamtopia.com/post/955893/thread (The link is also below in my tagline) You can also get there by going to The Adamtopia Salon → Inspired by Adam → Plotting for Adam → Adam Deep Cut Appreciation Poll. Definitely easier to use the link Vote then, Vote there, and make your Vote count! Thanks for making this really fun poll to think about ( especially at time I needed distraction)!

It's funny but I thought Robbie Williams was much older. And I thought his big career started earlier. He sure has rocketed to the top and STAYED THERE for a long time. Seems like a good guy, talented and a good all-around performer. And he sees Adam for who he is, too, a rare gift of a vocalist with charisma and showmanship just like Robbie.

My take is Adam has gained so much attention and so many accolades for being the frontman for Queen. It does not get much better or bigger than that. And it is happening right now and has been for some time. The praise from Robbie is great. And even those of us who don't know him, or are that interested in him, we accept that he is a big star in Europe and Australia and he has many fans. But I really don't see Adam trying to attach himself to some other British act. Now if Harry Styles came a calling he would likely be interested because he is current and Adam often mentions his work, lol. Not much of a chance of that happening and I doubt Adam is thinking it will. But Adam is on an Indie label so I don't think trying to be the next biggest solo artist is what he is shooting for. Hopefully there will be more QAL shows as long as they want to continue. But Velvet is his baby right now and "cred" seems to be more important to him at this stage of his career. But a duet with someone for a special event has always been and remains possible.

My own theory on Adam’s vocal collaborations is that none of the possible partners stand to “win”: - the big stars don’t need him in the first place and definitely don’t need him to ousting them and expose their vocal deficiencies - the rest of the field also doesn’t need to expose their weaknesses this leaves the vocal artists that don’t sing - rappers and hip hop artists. These genres don’t seem to be of interest to Adam...
so far we had only Welcome ToThe Show...unless I forget something...
thoughts?
