I have a sister in Seattle who is in the center of the virus outbreak. Schools and universities have gone online. Businesses such as Amazon, Microsoft Boeing are work from home. this affects so many businesses who depend on people using their services. They are staying home these days and hoarding supplies like everyone else. My brother in law and sister was hoping to go the NFL draft in Vegas and take in one of Adam's shows. Now they will not be doing this.I I am hopeful for the upcoming Vegas shows. Interesting. I'm in Michigan Amazon is one of our biggest accounts. The rep here that handles Amazon just got back from meetings in Seattle. Company debated on whether to let him go or not. At least the people he went to see were working in the office. Maybe it depends on what you do. He doesn't have any symptoms at all. I'll be going to Vegas as long as they don't get canceled. It's a shame your sister etc can't play it by ear.

I watch old TV favorites like Project Runway and Criminal Minds. TV Land favorites like Andy Griffith and Raymond too. The View is a must! I love those ladies.

My niece is an analyst for Amazon in Downtown Seattle. I asked her if she is worried, and she is not, even since one the deaths occurred at Amazon HQ. The order for work from home started last week. She's thrilled and will not miss the 90 minute commute from her home.

Fabulous news! I know he was sick of those 2 mortgage payments. He mentioned it in an interview. Had to be a drain.

I watch some form of TV pretty much every evening....though almost never turn it on during the day. I love the same sort of TV as my reading so I tend to like character driven material...but I am not as discerning [lol...snobby eh what] with my TV as my reading . No sports....other than some individual ones during Olympics and olympic run-offs. Team sports leave me very cold...no interest whatsoever. I do enjoy skating and gymnastics...I used to watch tennis but not anymore....some skiing and swimming... I love This is Us and The Handmaids Tale....like a few of the medical shows but fav. is The Good Doctor. Don't particularly care for Grey's Anatomy...I get tired of shows when the plots get more and more fantastical. When characters are on their 6th or 7th romantic relationship etc...I just get bored... I am sooo over the masses of police shoot em up shows..not that I ever liked them...the second I see SWAT teams of men dressed in plexiglass rushing a building, I change channels....I find that soooo over the top icky...lol. No interest at all.... Also not into superheros or vampires. I did watch the first couple of seasons of True Blood...the only one of that genre that attracted me....I would love to hear how some people feel American Horror Story is and where one should start if they wanted to enjoy it... I watch American Idol....I like Katy Perry on it and find it far more enjoyable than the Voice...that one I rarely watch any of it at all...never really did enjoy it that much.... I don't watch much reality television at all...the odd Big Brother...but I hate the premise that lying and general nastiness is a virtue...seriously...ick... I really like being able to binge watch series so I watch Netflix or Amazon or Crave on weekends that I have no real life events or when I am having a lazy time of it...rain drives me to my recliner quickly. I am semi-retired and with no partner to have to accommodate!!!! That is sooo good! I can watch what I want when I want... News is getting so predictable and repetitious...and we are subjected to so much US centric stuff that I find myself watching less and less. I have news feeds come to my email and that is how I keep up with world events for the most part...You guys and your f'ed up election....eek...
