I just lol'd at the picture. Did no one else listen to that podcast that's been posted here 20 times in the last two days? Who was the last person you told FU? (I think this was in answer to the Ceelo Green song) thinks long, thinks hard, can't come up with anyone other than his publicist, and makes a point to say it's all in fun as part of their joking around.
Isn't it nice he has someone he's comfortable enough to know Shosh won't be offended? I see the picture as that, with the silly sneer that he does to pretend he's Elvis. I don't see it as rock and roll at all because that's an attitude meant to offend as in "locker room talk", this is simple "throw down" "yo mamma". Yes maybe not politically correct but some things just aint that deep. If I was offended by FU I would have never survived my 25+ year marriage. Refs, and politicians, get reemed every night around here.

I'll be thinking of you all, wishing I was there, and remembering the first tour when I did get to go to the Vancouver concert. And you found me and said hello! Seems like yesterday. You had a great view from the left side stands and we were back not quite in nose bleed territory but with a straight on no head turning view. My family stayed at the same hotel as the Wicked crew was at (they were in town that month) and I swear one time on the elevator some of the girls were talking about Adam. Something like "I'm so excited he's in town". But it really wasn't a good time to ask "are you talking about Adam?" Lol, if they had gone "who?"

On another note, does anyone remember what it is that Empire does so well that it made Universal want them to work with some of their artists? Empire has had great success getting their hip hop artists on the radio and into other channels. Seemed they had a plan which started with SoundCloud releases. Adam is such a departure for them other than Robin Thicke.

Eeeeeeks....in packing chaos here but this time tomorrow, Fiercelier and myself and a concert newbie will be driving off the ferry and headed to our hotel in Vancouver!!! Yeah!! I am just heading out right now to fill up the car so we are ready to take off about 8 tomorrow morning....wonder how well I will sleep!! I hear you! I’ll be there tomorrow as well, and already I’m as discombobulated as I was on Oscar night when I tried to put an empty cracker box in the dishwasher and reached for the ketchup to pour myself a drink! I’m so glad I don’t need to run any heavy machinery; there’s no way that would end well. I wasn’t nearly as frazzled when I saw QAL two years ago, so I don’t know why it’s so much worse now. No, wait a minute, I do know why. I’ve put in two more years of Glambertdom since then, and since I love Adam more every day, of course I’m more emotional. Gees, I’m rambling and I never do that. Thanks for listening anyway, friends. I know you understand! I'll be thinking of you all, wishing I was there, and remembering the first tour when I did get to go to the Vancouver concert.

ALL Fans are streaming as mush as they can or want, imo. But his reach has to be expanded beyond just his fans to make a big difference. More exposure to others need to take place. But from what we have been told, we need not worry about or concern ourselves with it because Adam is successful. He has a boyfriend. He is doing it the way he wants. So for me, I stream and buy and wait for QAL. I agree... And this site has always been a celebration and following of Adam. I do worry that sometimes we get into "if you are a fan you should" days and that's not fun for everyone. Conversations on streaming used to be about making Adam money now they are about giving him recognition. If only each hit on this site would count for something, we'd be platinum. For me, I do what I feel like is right for me and I get my back up a bit with "but it's easy so you should......" I did find a way I like to stream this go around but if I was really going to put my time into it I'd do more subversive things like tweet random strangers with a link to the song. I did that a couple of times with FS after a twitter search or sign up for Deezer where there is a lot less competition among artists. But little ol' me isn't going to make a dime of difference (and with streaming royalties that may be literal) Adam's doing fine, I enjoy following him, that's all a fan should need to do.

The last time in Chicago I had the same thing happen to me. I bought front row seats on the floor right at an isle in front of the thrust!!!!!. So there were 6 rows, the isle, then my row. Then they put a another row right in front of that one and a completely ignorant woman stood up right in front of me for the whole show filming on her phone, swaying back and forth waving her free arm. People behind me kept yelling at her to move or sit down but she ignored them. I was so pissed. We were really close to the stage so I persevered but it would have been nice to be able to sit down for some of the show and still see. This time I'm front row in the permanent seats a little further up but still close. No way to add a row up there. lol, could have been half the people on this board or one of the streamers.

Wonder what his job will be, maybe VIP and photo packages like brother Neil did?

It's a good interview (from London early in June's PR stint) and an interesting way to devise questions. Adam was talkative, including some paranormal experiences in with his why I did the music this way this time discussions. He said NE was really easy to perform, didn't have to plan his actions step by step as in some cases. Of course imo that could be why the Ellen performance was nice and easy as the first actual performance and maybe he figured it was so easy that he did that more contrived Idol performance. (can you tell which one I prefered? lol)

Some perspective on radio play vs streaming qz.com/1659487/is-rolling-stones-new-music-chart-worth-paying-attention-to/I read through their new top 500 list, interesting group of artists. I have figured out how to use Spotify's web based player to stream almost constantly, the app always froze up my computer. My current CIH list, mixed with other songs is here: open.spotify.com/playlist/37i9dQZF1DX2zsdpDHp0xICIH has taken a different track and hit different playlists than NE and while it didn't get on the Australian new music friday playlist it did get on the American one which has a lot more followers. It's been marketed completly differently. Adam could have released both songs and done his promo tour with them both instead of dropping CIH after the promo was over. I think some of these songs are ripe for a remix, NE always sounds too slow for me, and it's remixes that can sometimes be the big break.
