Just saw coverage of the Taylor video on CNN. They did not show the entire video but they included the part with Adam and Ellen. They praised Taylor for taking a stand but said some were unhappy about so many LGBT stereotypes (not the case for Adam and Ellen). And also stereotypes of the protesters. Oh well it gets people talking. I think stereotypes were exactly the point. I responded to a friend on facebook a few days ago that had posted a meme about liking gays that were "normal" people (with examples) but not ones who had to put a rainbow flag and wear their hair to get attention etc etc ones. I posted that in other words she didn't like gay people. She posted back that she had gay friends and loved them. eye roll - I'm thinking of posting this vid in her feed.

Appears to be on the same channel as the Voice (both Boy George and Guy Sebastian) and same day? or is Adam on the 26th? It's not on page 1.

I saw the youtube of Kyle and Jackie that was 20 mins long, the one you posted is 20 minutes long. Where the heck or at what minute is the "scary" thing? Maybe better question is what the was the scary thing? 'cause I don't need to watch the whole thing again. I think you must be looking in the wrong place. What I'm referring to is a 22 second clip by Kyle and Jackie O, not youtube. It was also retweeted by Adam. If you go to pg5 of this thread and look at my post which is 2nd from the bottom of that thread, you'll see a little clip of the "scary thing".. it's not really scary, just a noise that startles Adam and co-host. Ok so now I understand, it's the clip in the tweet picture itself and not the youtube linked in the wording. Sometimes those work for me and sometimes they don't. I did just watch it and ya, not funny. Good thing Adam's a good sport.

These by ScorpioBert are going to the source when available. I'm finding lots of the promo tour that I can't see. The Platform last night isn't viewable in the US, I have no idea what "scary" thing they did on Kyle and Jackie as it doesn't seem to be on the main 20 min section I watched and which is linked in the tweets. I chanced on the Apple pod interview the 2nd time it was posted as I thought I had to view it on apple but thankfully did not. There are so many repeats of NME? that I've clicked on three times and clicked off since I already watched it. There were some things that the only accessible repeat we have is a fan made mp3 (but they were download only the last time I looked) so I'm happy if some of them have been copied to youtube. Anyway, for me I'll be using the list to go back and find those I couldn't find before. Same thing could be said about all the print interviews where the full words are posted here. I do try and click open the link even if I read it here. Totally understandable if you can't access the source to view them any way that you can. I posted the "scary thing" on page 5, 2nd post from the bottom, that Adam retweeted. I was able to view it, so you probably can too. I originally posted it when it came out, along with all the other snippets from Kyle and Jackie, but I can't remember what day now.. maybe several days ago? I saw the youtube of Kyle and Jackie that was 20 mins long, the one you posted is 20 minutes long. Where the heck or at what minute is the "scary" thing? I see many videos compiled by gelly, and although it may be convenient for the fans, I'm not sure how beneficial it is for Adam to watch them in that format. I would think it would be better to view videos directly from the source where the view counts may make a difference, versus fan-made videos. These by ScorpioBert are going to the source when available. I'm finding lots of the promo tour that I can't see. It actually sounded like a review from a LEGO-fan, who doesn’t know anything about Playmobil and isn’t interested in it either. I‘m curious about the reviews from the European and even more from our German press. Every child here knows Playmobil and grew up with it. (As well as LEGO-there has always been a kind of rivalry, that now extends to the bid screen.) The second review is a bit better: it says, that kids won‘t get bored. www.screendaily.com/reviews/playmobil-the-movie-annecy-review/5140284.articleI do not expect the American reviews for Playmobil Movie to be great because there is really no emotional attachment to Playmobil here. North America is Lego country. And for the "toy movies" they rely on some emotional connection to the toy brand and experience.
So why use American actors? (at least some Americans). To raise awareness of the toys? There are English speaking countries that like Playmobil and they won't have to dub over? One of the reviews said they didn't like the dub over on the villain (I'm assuming that could be Maximus)

One of the many things I learned by hanging here over the last 10 years is that “release to radio” costs mucho $s! I remember “at least a million” from a discussion several years ago...it could be several mil now, idk... in other words it’s not that easy... someone, usually a label, does the push and spends $s for the push... will Empire do it? May be they will for the next single... the one coming out “very soon”, I.e. in time for GMA... Then how does an new artist with no real connection get played. That sounds like bribery to me and also could make or break a career. Wish I knew exactly what the process was. The process to get on the radio in the US on Pop stations is: 1) Be a Star or had a well performing song in the last 6 months or a year 2) Blow up on Streaming Radio is the end game, and yes it can push songs higher, but it is no longer the appetizer.

By the way (don’t think I saw it mentioned here) - but I thought it was typical of Adam’s professional generosity to say nice things about MMartel in the Build interview. It was classy and kind and very Adam. Agreed, and add smart too.
