i dunno, I think it might be wise to temper expectations with regards to staging. These are just a few dates, not a full tour, and it doesn't seem to me it would be particularly cost-effective to put a lot of money into flashy staging that wouldn't have a life beyond the dates already scheduled. As for his stage wear, I'm not hoping for "spectacular" - at this point I'm just hoping for "flattering," as opposed to baggy attire that makes him look 50 pounds heavier than he actually is. Agree about the staging. All points well-taken. I agree that for this short run of shows, we shouldn't expect elaborate staging. Hadn't thought about that. As for outfits, I just hope we don't see him again in long, boxy cloaky things. "Flattering" will be just fine with me.

If Adam had never been on Idol and had never become famous, he probably would be doing club gigs and singing karaoke to his heart's content. He loves it. Glad he goes out and just enjoys himself. I also think he just might have finally gone to NYC and pursued live theater and likely have landed some good roles. Still could happen! His career has taken twists and turns that we never expected.
I'm hoping that Adam's Florida and Atlanta shows have some good staging and visuals. LV did need more oomph IMO. He's always great vocally, but I hope his outfits are spectacular and that we see a show with lots of visual excitement.

Just one more prom thing. One of my college friends was from a very small rural town. At their small high school, everyone just went to the prom whether they had a date or not. It was a "whole school dance." She said it was fine because everyone understood how it was. Nobody felt weird without a date. A few kids did have dates, too. And everyone dressed up, too. Sounds like common sense to me.
Nice to see Adam speak publicly in support of Ukraine and urging allies to help them.

I also went to the prom with a guy who was a "buddy." We had an ok time. Sometimes, I think the parents (esp. the mothers) want their sons and daughters to go to the prom more than kids actually do. It's kind of a rite of passage thing, I guess.
Adam and Lauren look lovely. I wonder how common it is now for same-sex couples to go to the prom? Depends on where the school is, I'm sure.

Adam, you will always be the King of the Prom. That smile was just waiting to be loved by millions.
SO proud of our new Supreme Court Justice Ketanji Jackson! This is a major step forward for our government and our society. Too many of our elected officials want to push us back to the Dark Ages.

I agree, Lurleen. Idol has been on for quite some time now. The formula has gotten stale, IMO. I'm glad that Adam was on when it was still THE show to watch. I don't know what the ratings for Idol are like right now. Maybe it's doing very well. I don't watch it. I think the change in the final race going from two to three is a good idea, I guess. Somehow, Idol and The Voice just keep chugging along. I'm so glad I found my superstar on Season 8. Changed my life.

Looks like Adam really it all hang out last night doing karaoke. So casual and spontaneous. Those people saw and heard what so many others pay huge bucks to hear. Looks like everyone was having a great time. I like the shirt, too.
Voted on the Idol thing. These things are all about fan loyalty and that's a good thing.

I was so happy to see that Andy Cohen show again! It's been a long time. I like Chrissy on This Is Us very much. That show is one of my favorites. Adam looked wonderful and was his usual charming, lovely self.
Randy Rainbow is so funny. I love that "Gay" video! I can't believe what's happening in Florida and some other states. It's shameful. I know Adam will want to make his feelings known he he does his Florida shows.

I'm still amazed with people like Christine Mackenzie (above) who have just discovered Adam after all these years. I love their awestruck reactions to his voice and personality and quality as a human being. Glad we have one more Glambert in the fold.

I never watch ANY reality/competition TV at all. None. But I watched the bits and pieces of Starstruck that we got that included Adam. I think he was a huge draw for that show. Yes, the contestants were really good for the most part. I enjoyed them, too. And I am glad, as someone else posted, that we don't get those horrific backstories on the contestants like they do on Idol and The Voice. SS is just the performances, period. I hope the show is back again next season. It hit #1 in the ratings and the end did well each week. I am sure Adam had a lot to do with that.
I hope Cover Bands is back again. I loved it. I wish it was on a major network station. Adam would get major exposure there. Kelly C and someone else are doing some kind of American Song show of some kind opposite AI. Haven't watched it.
Adam looked stunning in his SS finale outfit! And Oliver looked cute as can be.
