Yeah it can be very frustrating. Kind of like my wish that Adam was in the lineup for Love Loud Fest at this summer, which is a music festival raising money for LGBTQ+ charities. Would make perfect sense for him to be there, QAL tour is done by July 28 and I would hope he would have new solo music ready to perform by then. But alas. I continue to have hope he's a TBA performer, it would be an incredible addition to the artists I'll already be seeing there. You're right. The Love Loud Fest would be perfect for him. He has GOT to get on the radar of the people who organize these things. He has spoken at LGBTQ events, etc. He's been vocal and visible. And one more thing pertaining to my post about the Universal Love album. Remember Adam singing "Fever" and making sure he sang" There SHE goes, my baby walks so slow..." ? There was some todo about him being careful NOT to use "he" instead of "she.' He may have said "he" once or twice but I don't remember it. Anyway, this new album addresses that EXACT SAME POINT: the importance of pronouns. Adam was ahead of his time in making the lyric thing a topic of discussion. One more reason why he would have been a perfect fit for that album. Hope is DOES that to perform at the Love Loud Fest. He SHOULD be on their radar, too. Maybe we could try a little "fan suggesting." No idea if they even have any plans to add more performers, but I definitely sent a couple tweets about Adam their way when the lineup was announced on Monday. The festival was founded by the lead singer of Imagine Dragons; I'd like to think he's at least HEARD of Adam's name before.

Just read the following in my morning paper. Once again, it's very frustrating because it's something that Adam should have been involved in. Bob Dylan, Kesha and some other artists made an album to honor the LGBTQ community. It's an album of six love songs called "Universal Love" that had the pronouns changed to change the gender in the song. I think it's a fine project and a good idea, but once again, Adam was not on the radar of the people behind this. If there was ever a logical choice of someone to include, it's Adam. After all, he was the first openly gay singer on a major label to debut an album at #1. That should be cred enough, IMO. I hope his new management can make a difference when it comes to opportunities like this. Kesha seems to get herself in there quite often, and she wasn't even in the music scene for a couple years due to her legal issues. She was accepted back as if she'd never been gone. Don't get me wrong. I think she's fine. But it's odd how all this works. Yeah it can be very frustrating. Kind of like my wish that Adam was in the lineup for Love Loud Fest at this summer, which is a music festival raising money for LGBTQ+ charities. OT but this morning they announced the Love Loud Festival in Salt Lake City which is an entire festival in support of the LGBTQ+ community. I know it's a longshot but I would love to see Adam added to the lineup! It's after the QAL dates overseas so you never know? They do say additional performers will be announced soon. Or maybe it's just wishful thinking on my part to see Adam and Mike Shinoda perform at the same festival lol loveloudfest.com/Would be so cool! Loving Mike Shinoda's new stuff. Regarding Adam, I would kill hear him cover Crawling. Definitely be interesting to hear Adam put his own vocal spin on it! And I bet he would sound incredible in the piano ballad arrangement of the song they had been performing live last year.

I'd love to pitch a question to you guys...I have this charm bracelet and I want a charm for things that have influenced my life and are important in my live...so I have a camera charm because I like photography, I have a violin clef representing my love for music...I still want a heart for the the love and great people in my life, something for my love for nature and I want one for Adam...and here is where you guys come in...I have thought about a rhinestone, because Adam is glittery and glam, or I could do a simple A...but neither option have really struck a cord with me...maybe you guys have some ideas? I have a little ankh charm I turned into an earring to represent Adam

Nice this is different than the version I already have from Lady Gaga. The other is very stripped back and mostly piano.

In Philly they had the PBS QUEEN doc on last night. That means it's still floating around out there on some PBS stations. Maybe I'll get lucky and they'll re-air it sometime in the Chicago area. It's airing this weekend in South Dakota so I'm sure there's other areas where it's still on the future schedule.

WTF with this production?!!!!!!! Still no Judas/Brandon. Do you think it's because Brandon is relatively an unknown? Would Adam have gotten included in the promo, if he were Judas? Or is this just the way it was always going to be, no matter who had the part? I mean Judas IS major!! My bet is this is how it would have been no matter who was signed to play Judas. Credits are by contract -- and the contracts with the big 3 were signed first. Renegotiating those deals would have been out of the question. Plus, 4 stars in main credits is too many. Alice Cooper "should" have been offered a featuring credit. Looks like they believe featuring Alice Cooper will help build an audience for this TV program.I continue to be relieved that Adam is not in this and that I do not "have to" watch it. All in all, Judas is usually the #2 credited role and the vocal showcase part. Clearly, that is not the plan. And that seems likely why Adam is not in this. There is no chance he would have or should have done this without a main credit. Alice Cooper is the only reason I'd even consider watching at this point so I guess they're right in that regard.
