Of course NCOE is going to fall down the chart. It's rise didn't occur naturally as a result of new UK fans discovering the song and downloading. It rose so high mostly because of his fanbase gifting and deleting hundreds of copies. Honestly, where does this get him in the long-run (or even in a week)? Right now, I am hoping that the buzz from these three concerts in the UK will give him a legitimate push. Well, according to all the info out there UK radio is all about SALES. No sales, no play. I think the hope is that if they can get enough sales to get it on the charts then it will take on a life of its own. I don't see anything faulty with that logic. And I've only seen requests for volunteers, if fans don't care to participate thats ok. At least purchasing in the UK has some direct benefit unlike here where radio can do what ever they want. |

This is partly why. Now NCOE is going to be broadcast on Radio 1 as part of the official chart. This gives NCOE a chance to be heard by more people - so the purpose was always to get NCOE to be heard by more casual listeners. |

Mariah too? Wow, that's new. Pick Adam...pick Adam...pick Adam!!I think the make up of the panel will always be 2 men and 1 woman, unless they decide to go to 4 judges. I don't think they will. So, who the female is will have no baring on if Adam is in the running. The press is making it sound like Adam would be replacing JLo, but there is no way they will have 3 men. Also, I don't think Randy will be back. If they want to update their panel and make it more relevant, as far as I'm concerned, he's the first that has to go! My "expert" Idol fan opinion is that JLo and Randy are leaving and Steven stays. yup, that's what I was thinking as well. |
