But mincing and Old Queens are definitely not gay friendly comments, especially when used together. :( They aren't and I don't want to belittle it but not knowing him it's hard to know what he meant. There were plenty of times that Freddie would say something like "we're not bad are we for 4 aging queens..." He would call them queens all the time. And as for mincing he might have simply meant that an American reality star was mincing with the old queens instead of Freddie mincing. He might have been referencing previous Queen gigs he'd been too. I don't KNOW that for sure, but it is possible.. Or maybe he was just trying to be clever.. who knows. :  |
