Just returned from tonight's concert. Evidently we still don't know what this man is capable of. He completely stopped the show after "Show Must Go On". I was standing on the floor among die-hard Queen fans. No.One.Breathed. Start saving your money. They have to bring this concert to the States. Otherwise it would be a crime against humanity. OK, I might be out of place here, but I have to say this: Talon, please relay this message to the Queen fandom with the biggest smile and a huge hug:  RESISTANCE IS FUTILE . |

I did a google search for American Idol. I doubled checked to make sure the article date wasn't April 1st. The streamer is now outside in the rain waiting for Adam to come out.... ETA ... and streaming  .. and she said that she saw Adam and Sauli running at Kensington park yesterday. |

Last night the power dynamic tipped in favor of the audience in terms of energy, love, welcome flowing toward the stage and synchronized responses while our more effervescent, brilliant, humble rock ingenue took the stage. Tonight our impish dark prince of the glam tribe strode onto the stage and immediately took control like a higher being on a sugar high. (which is all fun until someone's leather pants get torn  ). As you could see, he was all over the place - Adam was emanating sheer energy and charisma and power vocals like a super nova. I'm curious if some are critical of the slight frenetic quality - and assume not everyone will be a fan of that run at the end of WATC. Me - I loved it all! ('If these spirits have offended, think but this and all is mended... ' (Sound was better from early on too.) Oh, and haven't seen the thread so don't know if the pics have appeared but Tommy and Sauli were snuggling, cuddling in the lobby when I left. I fled again - that can only lead to fan riots... [ googling words again to read your post] Thanks for the effervescent recap Awww, cuddly and snuggly Sauli and Tommy - what a sight to behold :wub: |

I haven't been here all day and was wondering which song he split his pants in? Hi, bb!! I don't know... the stream was very choppy and I got confused about what song he was singing... then the tweets started coming in about the ripped pants. ??? ??? Could be wrong - my brain is already smushy but I think (appropriately enough) it was (i think) - I want to break Free ETA: I feared when he exuberantly scrambled off the stage into the crowd that trouble was in the offing - at least it was only the pants that suffered;) AlekKv - I'm sorry - it's my run on sentences and stupid idiom. I should think twice and actually construct a sentence. Apologies~ |
