Only a day since Queenbert and half the fandom already seem to be spiraling into negativity Glad I can escape from it here :D Well the UK charts were published today. If they weren't I doubt there would be anything to be negative about. And if the legend is true that a #17 is going to disappear quickly then I think it's understandable. But negativity rarely improves the situation.

But, Carrie, I thought, spent about a week in the UK, and Adam has been doing promo on-and-off for the past month. Although you are right, she must be more well-known than I thought since she sold-out RAH. So, how is Adam actually doing in the UK after the Queen gigs and all of promo? Where would he be without all the gifting? I guess the next couple weeks will tell the story. Shoshanna and Adam have worked so hard, I hope radio comes through. Just like Adam, Carrie's UK promo started way before stepping foot on U.K. soil, although, Adam definitely spent more time there because of his Queen gig obligation. Here is an excerpt from an article regarding Carrie's UK promo (in addition to her RAH concert): "While in the UK, Carrie also performed a private show at the Dover Street Arts Club for some of the UK’s biggest media outlets and journalists, visited the Prime Minister’s residence at 10 Downing Street, and held a CD signing event for her UK fans at London’s Oxford Street HMV. She also interviewed with various print, online, radio and television outlets including interviews with Steve Wright and Bob Harris on BBC Radio 2, as well as performances on BBC Breakfast, Loose Women, and more." Honestly, based on current positions on all the major UK music sales outlets, both single and album will continue to descend unless radio starts to pick up, big time! Just like in the US, or any markets, NO AIRPLAY, NO SUSTAINED SALES! Sad but true!

Almost every album disappears quickly. But hey, since people love to bitch, there ya go. What did they expect lulz

2. The Dragon Attack coat. Let's face it -- Adam has taken dead aim at Top 40 here, lost his bet (so far) and paid a price in trying to tame down his own fierceness and fabulosity. He's tried to make himself more like everyone else, less like Adam. The Dragon Attack coat was a statement of incredible awesomeness. There is no man living who could have pulled that off, that way, or even would have wanted to. It was not the coat on the outside, but what it said about the man on the inside -- the blazing individuality that is ADAM was on display for the world to see!! Love these words Juniemoon. Adam wearing that jacket is so much more than just stage attire. It's him screaming out his individuality with a big middle finger to those who cannot stand seeing someone so bold.

This is very interesting! So Guetta was on their playlist, and still debuted lower than NCOE?
