There is no way that I can think all the people who made my trip to London possible. But there is no chance that I could have gone and had such an amazing experience without Tinafea agreeing to cover the news while I was away.

Also a shout out to mainePF who did an awesome job on the News Round-ups -- and there has been quite a bit of Adam news this month!!

I now truly appreciate the "one stop" all the Adam news this forum provides. (That was, of course, on the days when I actually had internet access. Loved the UK but could pass on BT's internet service which I could only access 50% of the time of was there.)

I also would like to thank the ATOP Mod Squad who keep this place a beautiful haven for Adam news, info and discussion.

Finally, I want to thank god/God/Universe that I got a chance to be part of these concerts and share that experience with so many new and old friends -- and that so much of these events were shared around the world in digital space.

This is sounding a bit like an Oscar speech which is not my style -- so let me just wrap it with this. Thanks you.

For the past three+ years I have been so close to the daily Adam news that I really did not have a broad view of the "Adam Experience". Returning now, after a music-focused vacation (punctuated with some amazing food and wine, and conversation and theater and art and fashion and LONDON!!), I have a somewhat different perspective about Adam and about the "Adam Experience". More about that tomorrow. For now, there is nothing that can replace the gift that all y'all have given me.

The big Adam News questions

Today is an interesting day because the Adam news is dominated by questions – the same questions that have been swirling around for several days.

1. The top story in Entertainment: Who will be picked as the next American Idol judges? And Adam’s name is in almost every article – and getting favorable consideration by most commentators.

Is Adam being considered for an Idol judge slot? This appears to have come from someone associated with the show to E! News. On July 9, 2012, E! News reported that “Fox is eyeing "Idol" alum Adam Lambert as a potential new judge on the reality singing competition…” and according to their source his name was on the list for over a month. Six days later, his name is still in the mix and in over 3,000 news articles. In response to CNN Adam said that "'Idol' has an amazing history of introducing great musical talent, and I was very fortunate to have had the 'Idol' stage play a big part in my career. If 'Idol' wants to talk to me about Judging, I'd be more than flattered to have that conversation."

Setting aside the big question – or the merits of this possible career move – it is great that Adam is getting treated as a credible choice.

2. What is next for Queen + Adam Lambert? The almost unanimous response to the trio of London shows was that Adam was amazing. The reviews and comments about Queen have been more mixed, but there is clearly interest from everyone involved and fans of both Adam and Queen in further collaboration. Bulgarian TV reported there will be 4 more Queen + Adam Lambert concerts this year was not confirmed by Shoshanna Stone who Tweeted – @shoshannastone: @josirose no plans at the moment. The choice of “at the moment” sure leaves that door wide open.

3. After debuting with a Top 20 album and Top 20 single in the UK, and with NCOE “played out” in the US, what’s next for promoting Trespassing?

In North America, RCA seems happy with the response to Trespassing. And Shoshanna Stone Tweeted that they were happy with the UK results. (With the CD sold out across London, I think they should be happy.)

But what’s next? Trespassing is a really, really good album and deserves to be a US Gold album. I really do not believe RCA/Sony have really figured out how to market and promote Adam and his music. He is hard to put into a box and that makes it difficult. The music and entertainment business is organized by category – not age segments but music genre categories. Last I looked there was not real category for Alt Pop-Rock-Funk artists but perhaps that is what is needed.

I know a bit about marketing, branding and retail – it is my profession – and my recommendation is that they get some of the focus back on North America, back on Trespassing, and get some guts and release a single the represents Adam. I would pick Cuckoo but almost any dance track would be betterer than the first two tracks.

Review: Queen Impress Crowds At London's Hammersmith Apollo

Entertainmentwise went along to check out the band and the guys, who were recently forced to cancel their headline set due to poor ticket sales for Sonisphere festival 2012, were surprisingly energised and bounced around the stage like they'd never been away.

Despite speculation as to whether or not Adam would be able to fulfil the role of Freddie Mercury to the max, he paraded around the stage and worked the part, with his Jedward-esque quiff and dressed in leather.

The band played all the biggest hits, including 'Radio Ga Ga' and a thrillingly speeded up 'We Will Rock You', which also made an appearance during the encore, oddly.

The crowd seemed to love every minute and the 'celeb spotting' brightened up the show just a little, as we noticed Perez Hilton, Matt Lucas and Bob Geldof all having a bit of a boogie to some of the bands greatest hits.

All in all, a pretty impressive gig! You can check out Queen tonight (July 12) at the Hammersmith Apollo again, as well as Saturday night (July 14). Don't miss out.

Adam Lambert would love to be in *NSYNC.

The American singer was quizzed on his views about British boybands One Direction and The Wanted. He couldn't answer which group he admires the most, explaining his is still a fan of bands from the '90s.

'Hmmm. I'd be in *NSYNC,' he laughed.

The American group comprised of Justin Timberlake, Lance Bass, Joey Fatone, JC Chasez and Chris Kirkpatrick.

Adam released his second record Trespassing earlier this year. He is proud of the album and thinks it will appeal to many different types of people if they give it a go.

'I really believe in its message and its grooves. I truly believe there's something for everyone on this album,' he told Just Pop! magazine.

Good morning guys.

I don't think I can write a recap or even random thoughts about the concerts. I have to take it all in and I can't for now. I have seen Adam before but this time words fail to express my feelings. Even if I would be able to write in Greek , I would still couldn't. I think nothing will do justice for what I have witnessed , his voice is still in my head , I haven't been able to watch YT videos, I don't want to. I start watching a video and I stop. So at least for now I will start posting again without mentioning anything else.
The only thing I wanted to say is that meeting Atopers made the experience 10 times better. I love each and everyone of you.
