BUT she was a fan favorite on Dancing With The Stars this past season..... Gladys Knight was on DWTS. I'm pretty sure Aretha was not. Anyways, that show skews to a much older audience, I believe. You're right....early morning, 1/2 cup of tea! |

I hope Adam and Fergie.....still on the fence about Mariah. GMA correspondents also talked up Mariah and BRETT MICHAELS. ETA: Actually it was Good Afternoon America |

He's already forever associated with Idol. Might as well let it actually work for him for a change. So true and the $$$ would be great! I don't expect him to get 10 million, but somewhere between 5-7 would nnot be out of line! I mean, seriously, he lives 20 minutes away from the studio. The judges show up about an hour before the show starts and leave right after. 2 days a week! Hmmm, sounds like a great gig to me! |

OK, I wasn't going to bring this up, but can't resist.
Wuz looking at a new Mick Jagger biography at the library this weekend and reading some passages. Remember how Mick often used to wear leotards to shows? According to this book, he never went on stage without padding. (Guess "put a sock in it" has a whole different meaning for old Mick.)

The business about "big stars can't be away from their public for more than a year" sounds like contract negotating speak for, "we don't want to sign anyone up for longer than that in case they once again turn out to be boring stiffs who don't do a thing for ratings."  |

Oh, I'm so sorry to be off topic again but guys I must comment on Adam's last retweet. It is really breaking my heart to see that Adam considers himself to be the most underrated male artist after such much efforts and so fantastic gigs  This must come to an end :-[ |
