Lol, while I am sure Shoshanna is happy enough with the chart results, there is absolutely no way she would ever say on twitter if she wasn't. I hope it is enough to get something going in the UK. They may be ready for a new single in the UK if Radio 1 is not biting. But, I don't think they should go ahead with another single in the US unless they have "figured out the radio situation," or have a brand-new strategy to sell a song. All she had to do was not reply to that tweet if she wasn't happy. It's the beauty of Twitter. I agree, not the right time for a new single here unless they have somehow bribed Z100! |

Tbh I have no clue how the things in music industry work but there is one thing I know for sure - I hadn't known what is good music until I heard Adam for the first time.

RCA has been too scared and too safe. Adam is NOT an HAC artist! There are so many unique songs on Top 40 radio right now. They break the mold(except for the boy band ones) Even Call Me, and Cher Loyd's songs are different. They have "dance" in common but everything else about them is unusual. IMO, Shady is the breakout song for Adam. He 'sing talks,' it's a collab, Sam 'sing talks', and it makes me do a stank face every single time! ;D We know Sam and Nile would promote the hell out of it! (2nd choice, Cuckoo) Oh, and with the current flood of boy band songs, they really missed the boat with MAP. But it's too late for that one now. |
