I'm sorry about that and I love you guys but I don't consider Adam's judging on Idol to be such a contribution for his career. I agree with you on majority of things but I don't like this idea. I have nothing against Adam regularly appearing on TV screen. But as a judge of AI? He's too young, imho his regular appearances should mean less concerts live and at the end of the day slow/down of his music production. The question is if he does really depend on it because he will earn much money anywhere .... This is an interesting question: He has said himself that he is not making so much money currently. I believe his income is mostly coming from performances, and I have no idea how productive moneywise he has been lately. Someone? I believe however, that 5M$ would be huge income for him and would provide a lot of freedom for example how to make his tour happening. And how to make safety to people that are dependant on him. Anyone having more insight for this? |

About Adam being in Idol: I think being a judge would actually change him from AI alumn to AI judge. Secondly, he obviously appriciates security that money can give. Thirdly he would like to do it. Conclusion: Hope it will happen. I love this post!! Thank you!  |

One thing I know for sure, I don't want to lose a piece of Adam's music and I'm very afraid it could happen .... |

Anyone having more insight for this? Doesn't RCA lay out expenses and Adam pays them back from record sales etc. Is that the case? Anyone know how it works?? plus Adam has a lot of people to pay salaries to ,his band ,his management,his accountant,his stylist.. the list goes on, then he has to buy those gorgeous outfits.. Adam doesn't seem like a big spender ,he recycles his clothes, he's renting a house,he bought a used car..He's really careful. |

I was surprised, actually, that Adam so enthusiastically responded to the rumor this time. If I'd had to have guessed what he'd say, I would've guessed something along the lines of "that's very flattering, BUT . . . "
Instead, he said he'd JUMP at it.
I think Adam's pretty savvy, so I assume he's "sussed out" the pros and cons of accepting if it's offered and figured the pros seem to outweigh any cons.
