I agree that Heejun should have gone before Erika, but I do enjoy his sense of humour. It's something new for Idol to have a singer/comedian. I'm assuming Colton will be singing Zeppelin. Colton wants to do Christian music, so I am betting he is singing Lifehouse  |

Okay, that's interesting. I haven't really followed the contestants outside of watching the show. Although I did look up Heejun's AI interviews to see what he had to say. He also mentioned reading the Bible -- except with him you can never be sure if he is being serious or not. When asked what he would take to a desert island, he said Jennifer Lopez, Ms Lopez, and JLo. Lol

Thanks for the link. I read some of the other articles -- the do's and dont's of being an Idol contestant. Interesting read after yesterday's discussion about compromising. A lot of it is just about good social skills and putting your best self forward.

Hey, I guessed Elise right!  Did you guys notcie all the guys got a standing ovation and that the judges hold Hollie and Jessica to a higher standard because they are so good?! : If the general public doesn't notice things like that there is no doubt in my mind that the girls are going to be voted off. I thought Colton was REALLY flat thru almost the whole song. Heejun was better than he's been but a standing ovation? No way! Better than Holly and better than Jessica? Uh, No! And a standing ovation for Deandre? What?! I am tired of Skylar and do not think she will make top 4 anymore. Loved Jessica. I actually think she may be the best female singer the show has ever had. I think Joshua is the best male contestant. I still am not into Phillip, but concede he will most likely win. He's the perfect WGWG! AND I LOVE ELISE!!!!!!!!ETA: I loved all the trios! |

mys*&@^#r50, I agree with almost everything you said. Except, I didn't hear Colton being flat. The standing O's for all the guys was pretty ridiculous - except Joshua - he IS the best guy. Don't think he'll win though. I thought Holly was great - always is. Jessica probably is the best female contestant ever. I haven't been into Phillip, but really loved his performance last night. I'm also getting tired of Skylar although I think she is way more talented than Lauren last year. And I LOVE ELISE TOO! I'm really enjoying the show this year, after two years of lack luster talent. Love Jimmy and the mentor sessions. They're actually giving good advice for a change.
Do you know what kind of fan bases they have? I haven't really been on the Idol blogs this year.
