My disappointment & heartache is that there is still discussion about comparing what Chris Brown is, a violent & out of control man, to Adam Lambert, who #1, is a kind & loving person. His only mistake was to think that America was ready to accept gay people as real people, who sexually relate to people of the same sex! There was no reaction from those 1500 people on Janet Jackson placing her hand between her male dancers legs, on his genitals....Why not? The people on Showbiz Tonight were not saying Adam shouldn't have been banned - just that Chris Brown should be! ABC knew what Adam was planning, except for the face push (BTW, the dancer was a friend of his from Zodiak) & Snoogling Tommy! When will America grow up & realize that being homosexual is not a brain disease or something that will harm heterosexuality! God makes all children, sexuality is not something he would leave out of the equation! My only complaint of the AMA performance was, HE SOUNDED AWFUL! Loved his ninja roll when he tripped! I'm sooo with you!!! And especially with this!!!
I honestly thought that this ninja roll was choreographed, it was perfect!!! One thing I noticed is that 2 of the female dancers did somersaults immediately after Adam's ninja roll. Maybe it was part of the original choreography, but I thought they did it to help hide the fact that Adam actually tripped. Does anyone else remember the dancers talking about how they loved Adam and that he gave them all gift certificates to a spa or something like that? Ninja roll about 1:45 |

Happy Birthday and Welcome to animeearth! I share this birthday with you and somehow must not have included it somewhere. Anyway, it is also my son's birthday. He was born on my birthday 31 years ago...so you can see I am old. Going to have a great day for all we have is NOW. And the sun is shining. Thank you all for making Adamtopia a fun, entertaining, caring place, where we can fail with abandon. I need a place like this so much. I can not get too upset about Chris Brown coverage. I do know that promoting moral attitudes is not on the media's agenda so they will do whatever it takes to keep their program, station, or blog on top. They just can't be taken seriously. I guess the trouble is that they still have influence over many people who do not think about media's corporate agenda. Love all the info and pictures and utubes that are posted. I love SYTYCD and seeing Poland's version with MA was fun. I can't wait for next US SYTYCD. Do we know anything about Sasha's attempt to be on the show? Takes me forever to write a post so I am always miles behind, but when I post today I am going to add one of my favorite "Adam quotes". This is one very early one that hooked me into "Adamland". I'm like the boy next door who decided that he wanted to be a rebel one day. So, I'm a nice rebel.

As I've said before, I have a very hard time equating these two incidents. One was a risque performance and the other, violent, real life behavior. I'd rather Adam just be left out of the Chris Brown discussion, BUT I thought this was very favorable toward Adam. The guy, especially, seemed very supportive. :D |
