I am not a fan of CB and don't like discussing him. I won't watch him and don't care if he is on TV. What I do like about this topic being talked about is that there is total support of Adam in these comparisons. I think partly because of Adam there has been growth in our country. It appears ridiculous to people now that Adam was banned. At the time many were acting shocked at his performance but now the consensus is that ABC over-reacted. That's progress!

Watched my DVD 3 times in a row yesterday!! :D I would have kept going if not for RL obligations. Now I understand why when the kids were younger they would watch their kiddies movies over and over and over again!!! |

SYTYCD Poland Audition Set to ADAM LAMBERT's Music Again 3-25-11 GaleChester This was VERY impressive; guy is CUTE too (reminds me a bit of a young Ralph Fiennes). And that pole dancing?  That was amazing. I'm always blown away at how Adam's songs sound when they're used in accompaniment to something else, usually dancing, but like the "I Just Love You" skating vid. It's like his voice takes on yet another dimension ... Back to the SYTYCD vid, the judge on the left looks to me like Ricky Martin with a bit of David Cook thrown in. Wow, quite a bit of time spent on that CNN vid. Interesting. I do think you're right, Rama, we've come so far since then and I think a lot of people (who didn't already) will just see this now as just ridiculous. |
