I've often wondered who the collaboration that Adam was crossing his fingers for was with... I hope someday he answers all the questions he can't answer now. ugh. me too. it's always the questions I'm dying to know the answers to that never get answered (way back when, it was who was the one person in the Idol house that AL couldn't stand that he alluded to). This is a great question for the next time a reporter Tweets, "Does anyone have any questions for Adam?" Luke Easton@3ku1 So according to Fox News its been confirmed @adamlambert well be performing at the closing ceremony at the olympics, wait for Adam tho Luke Easton@3ku1 This is fox news tho, nd im sure @jessej is singing with them, but Adam well be in uk soon Is FOX news a reliable source or they're just assuming that Adam will be playing with Queen? FOX News is a real news source but they could have made a mistake. ETA: I can't find a FOX News report saying this but Shos' Tweet makes it seem like something is up. IF there is a Queen +AL Olympics performance, they may do Queen + special guest like they did for the EMAs -- no announcement on vocalist before the performance. Since the setlist is not supposed to be released in advance, this makes some sense.

Since the setlist is not supposed to be released in advance, this makes some sense. This is exactly what I am "feeling"... My Theory: 1) JJ was announced as a "place holder" IMO, not a final one and just to shut everyone up. JJ has two more slots...had she had Queen as the ONLY one - I would not be doubting her announcement.... 2) QUEEN will be performing and it is up to QUEEN to have their band in the top notch shape for the performance, which would mean the best possible front person. 3)Besides, this is a closing ceremony, not the opening, so the whole "British" thing is no longer that important. 4) Adam "spoiled" it for Queen. They experienced him and can't do it with anyone else now... 5) Adam used the word "loophole" in one of the interviews.. 6) Shosh confirmed him being back in UK, albeit without time qualification, but it did come across as "soonish" 7) Makes me feel good to think this way ;D ETA: 8) Adam's calendar: he said 1 week off. This leaves the time of the closing ceremonies opened including possible rehearsal time - AS FAR AS WE KNOW, obviously he can have something else...like shooting the new MV

Neither BTIKM or NCOE were added to the MTV Video Playlist -- so there was no chance either video would get a VMA. No reason to be angry. I agree. The majority of the songs that were nominated were top 10 (or higher) hits in their genres. On a positive note, Frank Ocean received several nominations. Shoshanna's tweet is answering the question of whose single will be announced first.

It may happen. But then could we actually see it, since NBC cut out a lot of the opening ceremony and was very selective on what they showed in the US.

Wanted to clear this up from someone's post yesterday:
While it is entirely possible that Idol is going to 4 judges, The Voice is not going to 8. They have 4 mentors every season that work with the judges with their contestants for 2 weeks of the episodes. That is what Billy and Buble are doing.

Sia's is all over the place now doing duets. I have been wondering what the Sia song was that didn't make the album!
