Am I the only one does not want a tour right now? I want a hit or two, so we'll have more fans and bigger venues! And bigger venues saves his voice..  I don't want a tour now either. I want a successful tour attached to his name. Fewer and Larger venues. His album sales are down in the US, and a lack of air play gives him no visibility on charts in the US and Canada (except the east). I believe he could not even get those US moderate size venues to a sell-out as with the GNTour. He needs more exposure and hits to gather new and past casual fans to concerts. Die-hards will still attend but a rosy future equals more interest beyond a 100,000 people in North America. (I know nothing about how many albums have sold .... just a big guess.) It could be many are waiting for a tour versus the one off concerts right now. But the one off concerts are not sell-outs within an hour or a week, as per last time. Adam's team needs a lot of energy on this next one...let's finally get the party started.I bet 2 cents Sauli is off on a personal excusion...no Sauli mention last night, only Sutan. (Both leading lives like any other couple; not always in each other's hip pocket). I like that! If I loose, I think I can at least afford the loss ..haha... how many on this site??? |

My anal, lyric freak self just won't let this one go, so I need to ask.....does anyone remember when Adam was tweeting out lyrics before Trespassing was released that he confirmed the lyric line in PTL was 'Banjee boys and dancey girls get down" and not 'banshee' as some had thought at the time.
My confusion was with fans continuing with the 'banshee boys' after the release, so I checked the liner note lyrics and sure enough it says 'banshee'!
Am I the only one that remembers Adam clearly tweeting that it was 'banjee'????
Was AFL wrong about it?
Are the liner note lyrics wrong?
Did someone at RCA deem 'banjee boys' not PC enough......
something to ponder while things are slow..........
ETA: also in live versions of the song it sounds like he is singing 'banjee boys' to me.

Oooh, Atopia looks really different now after I installed the new OS X Mountain Lion, and I'm not sure if I like some of the changes/improvements.....anyone else? What kind of changes are you seeing? I uploaded mountain lion the other day but do not see anything particularly different. What I did do a week or so ago that I do NOT like is I downloaded Chrome...I have done this on two different computers now and then ended up deleting as it is too intrusive and pushy. The reason I downloaded it in the first place is that peeps keep saying it is really easy to download youtube vids using chrome but doesn't seem to work for me. My new appletv just arrived tho and I am loving it!!! :-) |
