Well...I'm taking the leap and posting for the first time! I met so many amazing people who post here in London for Queen/Adam that I was inspired. First of all I want to say how amazing NoAngel's essay was. I really identified with her words and emotions. In fact, for me, what was most unexpected about the Queenbert shows is how much I enjoyed Roger and Brian's interlude. It took me by surprise, as I didn't expect the connectedness, sense of hope and nostalgia that hit me listening to the two of them. I'll never forget looking over at another fan with tears in both of our eyes when Brian sang Love of My Life. Anyways, hope to hang with y'all a little bit more.

That BTBW performance is my all-time favorite from him What is BTBW? If he sang BTBW on Idol, I missed it. I didn't watch till the finale and saw Adam for the first time. Can you say hooked? 8-) ETA- NM. I just saw the answer right above me. heh. ;D

It's great that NoAngel's essay got linked. It is fabulous! (But before people get all weirded out that Brian is lurking here, this is posted at the bottom of his blog page: "Brian does not necessarily see everything featured on the website.") He obviously read the essay as he has continued a twitter conversation with No Angel but as I mentioned earlier, it is highly doubtful that he found this here. I suspect some very alert and thoughtful person sent him the link.
