I know nothing. About Idol judge selection. About Queen prospects. About Trespassing tour. It seems to me that doing Idol takes about 5 hours a day, two days a week. That leaves five days a week open. Fly out one day. Sound check and shopping in a new city the next day. Queen gig in a huge ass venue for mega bucks the third day. Fly home the fourth day. Stay in bed with Sauli the fifth day. And repeat. Seems doable to me. Idol call is for a 7-hour day, 3 days a week. 2 are live broadcasts. Someone might be able to do some special performances and Idol but not a big tour. I think IF Adam gets this, Tour will be Summer 2013. I do not want to wait until Summer 2013. I am OK if he is a mentor again or does something else with Idol. Like I get a say!!  With all respect, Q3, I've been there when the judges arrive. I've been at rehearsals also, the judges are not there. They arrive for the show about 2 hours before it airs and leave immediately after. That is a total of about 5 hours, on Wed. and Thursday. Hollywood week and Las Vegas week are longer, but once the live shows start in early March, it should be a pretty easy schedule. |

I wouldn't say there's NO way he's talking about anything but Queen. He gets involved with several projects and has worked with many artists. If Queen wasn't planning anything, it's possible Spike might be lining something up for himself...perhaps with a different artsit. Spike's All Star Band though doesn't usually do big tours...they are usually more special events. I would say that most likely he is talking about Queen BUT at the same time his hopes and crossed fingers won't mean THAT much more than ours. It is a good sign that it has at least been bandied about...and HE definitely wants to tour. It would have to be about convincing Brian and Roger who seem not to want to do any kind of BIG tour. Then again, they did seem re-energized so who really knows. But I wouldn't put BIG stock into this...He's certainly more involved than Neil Fairclough (the bassist) or Rufus would be as a "member" of Queen but he's more of a top aide - he does what he's told to do. On the other hand, it means there is a trust ed member of the band pushing B&R for more... I'll keep my fingers crossed with you...but a LOT would have to happen. I take this statement and add it to Adam's consistent "for now" remarks and come up with " more shows are quite possible", whether it is called a tour or not is irrelevant.... From all statement that we see from B it is quite clear that both B&R have experienced something that they have not felt for many many years... who knows - that feeling might be so invigorating that they will feel a "need" to experience it again... obviously they have very full life outside of "QUEEN", but I do hope they will decide to bring the magic back for themselves and for us... Given the fact that TP tour has not been announced, I am not worried about scheduling conflicts - it all can be arranged. Adam has enough energy and drive to do it all... |

(I am sure someone remembers the interview).. He said that it is quite doable to have that and other projects and that most judges have many projects going on at the same time.... As far as WHEN the TP tour would take place - IDC, as long as it happens. |

I'm at the point that if Adam isn't on the show ,than there isn't much reason for me to watch anymore. I'm tired of the real talent losing out to WGWG& so sick of the judges not judging or giving constructive advice. I think Mariah has a great voice that she no longer uses. She has IMHO totally dumbed down in order to sell & the Jonas boy moves me not at all.I watched Idol maybe four times last season,and not at all the season before that. Adam was and is my lightening rod.. without him on the show,there is no electricity for me. Hmmm. WATCHING the show. Novel concept! Hadn't ever considered that. Isn't that what my DVR is for? Fast forward, fast forward, oops stop, there is Adam, listen/watch for his two minutes, fast forward, fast forward, fast forward, ADAM, etc. With twelve contestants at first, my poor math says it would take about half an hour to watch the Adam relavent parts of a two hour show. Less each week as the contestants get kicked off. Works for me. Yes, the magic of modern technology makes watching Idol possible. Fast forward through the crap, watch the stuff you like. I do watch some of the singers, and then some I do not. I can usually get through an episode if Idol in 45-60 minutes depending on the talent. An what is this rumor of a Queen tour? I have been expecting something just because that six show thing was just way too good and way too short. Why would they want to stop? |

Summer 2013 sounds reasonable for the Trespassing Tour. Don't most groups launch tours in the summer? I guess with the northern vs. southern hemisphere seasons, TR Tour could launch in the S.H. in the Fall of 2012. I think Adam has some irons in the fire that we don't know about yet. I was away for the last round of concerts -- were they sold out??

Stay in bed with Sauli the fifth day. And repeat. Seems doable to me.  We're not talking about 117 city Glam Nation tour. The Queen tour would be 10-12 cities spread out. Idol is not all that time consuming, once they get thru auditions, which is February. After that it's 2 days a week for the judges, about 4-5 hours a day. Adam lives 20 minute from the studio! Easy, easy! Exactly. And since we're talking about different scenarios here. IF he gets the Idol gig , AFTER the finale , they can totally go to a one/two months , 10-12 cities around the world. And after that he can do his own Trespassing tour. |

Yay for mini US tour! I want MSG and Staples Ctr! I'll start saving now! I love how quickly we jump to conclusions!!!! No, really I do! EKKK just saw how many exclamations I used... I hear you! I have been tucking away frequent flyer miles for about a year now for the right show at the right time. Could be this, could be something else. Just waiting patiently for rumors to be transformed to reality. Or not. |

thanks...  can i also include digital releases in his discography? ??? There are other sites to google for his discography. My internet keeps going off & on. I 'm having trouble understanding what's going on. Now to see if I can post this before noon. |
