Sorry if I misinterpreted the article I read that made it sound like four stars were being added to each of the judges team for the whole season. I confess I don't watch any of the talent shows, even Idol. I only watched the last 4 weeks of Season 8, and the few times since when Adam has been on.
Of course, if the job Adam has beginning in September = AI, I will be watching weekly, biweekly or whatever.

I have given up being worried about being disappointed. I have decided that I will be fine either way but it looks like it will be Idol. Pharrell and Brad are not confirmed. Perhaps they are hiring 8 judges -- a rotating panel of some sort. Who knows but thankfully speculating will be over soon. Finally, when it comes to being disappointed, we will be disappointed if we secretly think it is happening and he doesn't get it, or if we have fun speculating that he has it and he doesn't get it. And if it is not Idol, perhaps he got a recurring role on a TV show. I guess we will see soon enough. Ohh.. like he will be on PLL this next season?? . Anyway, IF what he said in front of the Japanese fans really happened, he said he will have a secrit job in September and he told them to look forward to it. This only means that this TV show will be broadcast in Japan as well ;D. And what could that be?? It's like a dejavu now. When he said to look forward to it, it's like when he tweeted us to turn in to MTV EMA 8-)

www.huffingtonpost.com/2012/08/09/mariah-carey-triumphant_n_1760994.htmlSpeaking of singles, and Idol judges, apparently Mariah's new single, out only a few days, has already been judged a failure per this article in Huffington Post. Apparently, radio will not play a song until it hits the Top 10 on iTunes - and it better make Top 10 as soon as it's released. This makes me concerned for the release of the next Adam single, and is why I asked about the problem of iTunes sales for songs already purchased on an album. I still think a "PLL remix" would help. Ugh, just did a long post and that stupid bear thing happened. :twist: :twist: This is the reason that I think we need an end-around like TV. Radio likes to act like its a leader, but it is actually a follower and getting worse all the time. It now seems like they don't make any decisions without looking to iTunes first. P2's "Home" is being played by T40 radio because it was used on the Olympics. Having "Trespassing" on PLL will be great, but I think a commercial even better because of the repetition. The claps, stomps and bassline are unique and attention-grabbing and would work great for that kind of thing. And the message about breaking through and achieving your goals on your own terms is also applicable to so many things. This is also why I think getting his songs used in additional licensing situations so ideal for circumventing the vicious circle that is radio right now.

Well, the Voice will have eight judges now, what with the addition of Michael Buble, Billie Joe Armstrong, etc. There can apparently never be too many judges - or singing competition shows. About Nick Jonas, I understand that his brother Joe is a judge on the new talent show on the CW. (Rapper Nelly is also a judge.)
The new panel of Idol judges. Talk fast, people.

I agree, it is fun to speculate on fun hints we get from Adamland. It gave me something exciting to think about today and made my day more pleasant.

Whatever this job is in Sept. he's accepted, and happy with it. I can't wait to hear the official annoucement from him! I won't be disappointed whatever it is. I'm just happy for him. I must say i'm not fond of silver hair, but his smile shines through. The man is glowing within. ..

I thought Runnin' and Kickin' In to be used in Adidas and Nike commercials ** wishful thinking** Trespssing, hmmm , not sure which commercial can pull it off :-)

I'll be happy with Trespassing or Cuckoo as a single, they're both great, but I think Trespassing is a little catchier and more of an anthem which could help with raido. Sounds like AI is def a possiblilty now, so excited!! This could really turn everything around for this era!

Just checking i quickly to say that I am soooooooooooo on Team NAKED LOVE for the next single. Long shot, but wholeheartedly believe it is the most single worthy song on the whole album. Cheers!!!
