Didn't I see her performing barefoot, too? She usually does. Is that really kd? I'm just surprised at the random tweet. It is. Verified account. ETA: And of course, I just had to check. But she follows him

Saw this and thought some of you might be interested in: UKGlambert @ukglambert Glambert Documentary : Updated The Official Adam Lambert Site www.adamofficial.com/node/2196805
Glambert Documentary
'' We are creating “The Glambert Project” - a documentary focused in on pop culture and the influence it has on society. For this project we are specifically looking at groups of fans of specific musicians and looking into different fandoms, to show the ways in which musicians heavily impact the lives of millions of people around the globe and bring people together.
The GLAMBERT project - will include interviews and clips looking into the world of the glamberts and looking through the eyes of superfans from all over the world - all ages, genders, cultures, races - and showing the ways in which fans are bought together through music. We are also creating a seperate art peice which illustrates the importance of pop culture and its global influence.
We are inviting as many people as we can (and asking everyone to pass on the message) - if they would like to help us out by being featured in our short film. This would include participating in a short interview which would be conducted either in person (for all the kiwis out there) or via skype. The interview would consist of questions about your personal journey as a fan, the fandom itself and the impact music has had on your life. We are trying to get as many people as we can involved.
This short film will then be displayed in an exhibition - and will also be passed onto Adam towards the end of this year. So this is your chance to get noticed!
If you are interested, let me know by inboxing me. Interviews can take place via skype, in person (for anyone in the Auckland area) or i can send you through the questions and you are welcome to record yourself and send me back the video file. Please let me know, with your message, which option you would prefer Smiling
Thanking you for your interest

OT. Adam's tattoo. Aren't the latin phrases used commonly in USA? Just curious. Yes, they are used -- and many Latin expressions have moved into English Language. For example, "In vino veritas" [“in wine [there is the] truth"] The most common usages are by institutions -- Government, Schools, on important buildings, and so on. Even our money and official US Seal have Latin -- E pluribus unum en.wikipedia.org/wiki/E_pluribus_unumIn part, it comes from the American Neoclassical movement. More info: www.neoclassicism.us/Main/HomePage** My guess is that Latin tattoos are rare. But Latin expressions are found on many album covers --- Example: Venni Vetti Vecci is the debut studio album by American recording artist Ja Rule, released through Murder Inc. Records. The album title alludes to the Latin phrase "veni, vidi, vici", meaning "I came, I saw, I conquered". ETA: Learning Latin used to be part of US Education, particularly for Catholics and in Prep Schools -- but started to vanish in the mid 1960's. I learned Latin in school -- although never found any good use for it. (Until Adam got this tattoo!)

Secret Squirrel @squirrely007 so pretty RT @thespindleshay shoshannastone Oh my gosh...that FREAKED me out ! I stopped to gaze at the picture and he moved...ever so slightly and I squinted to see if it was just my imagination And for even the possibility of KD Lang and Adam singing together I have everything crossed. They both have voices that can enter your soul. I find it interesting how many women of a certain age appreciate Adam Lambert. My personal opinion is he is evolved way beyond most men of his age and offers a perspective of life that usually takes years to gather. Sometimes I simply look at the serious faced photos and wonder what's he thinking. The snapshot of him watching the previous act (Neon Trees? DesMoines) from offstage and he looks directly at the camera ...(at work so can't post it)...that shot makes me pause everytime.

Volo VULPE executives daret actus simul et nobis quod dicitur in!
Translation: I wish the FOX executives would get their act together and tell us what is going on! (And I know I should not have translated FOX, just having a bit of fun with Latin.)
HA! It is our first Latin conversation here ever ----
"Quidquid Latine dictum sit altum videtur" generally means "Anything said in Latin, sounds profound."
I am not sure that whining about FOX sounds better in Latin but at least it was different!!
***
Long leap from a Tweet to Adam and k d lang doing a duet... but it could work.
