Every time there is one of those, I bite my tongue with difficulty. Adam has said too many things over the last few years how much he values his band, dancers, etc. Anyway, he didn't leave his feelings open to interpretation this time, he just said it!!! Yay! Not sure what you're trying to say. I love the band but Adam IS a solo artist. He values a band with chemistry. He likes people that give off good karma. Whoever, he plays with, I am sure will always have that & be important to him. But he is a solo artist and over the course of his career, we will probably see quite a few changes to who backs him. Exhibit A: The UK fill in band. He could do that because he is a solo artist. As opposed to Daughtry, which is a band that records and performs together as "Daughtry." Yep! and RCA only signs Adam Lambert as their artist, not Adam Lambert and the band! That's why he's a solo artist. |

OK! Looks like he started with Kickin In! I'd say that seals the deal that Trespassing is the new single.  I love that the VJJs shortened those robes!! Much more youthful for them! Am I bad that I didn't notice that the robes were shortened? Goes back to see ;D |

I have to totally disagree with you. Adam IS a SOLO artist. The band is very replaceable. Adam didn't put anything "to rest". He said the same thing when the back up band consisted of Monte, Cam & Longineu. Bands like Queen, The Beatles, Daughtry are different. They write the music too. It's a collaborative effort. Every member of Adam's band is highly disposable. Tommy doesn't sing has written anything and can changed out without a problem. Same with all of them as proven that the entire band is different than the original FYE generarion. With the exception of Tommy. The only reason he's still around is no one else of any fame wants him. Like someone else said it's Adam Lambert under contract. The band are contractors for hire. Each one is highly disposable (as Monte proved out). I can't see one member of his band adding any special value. |

I've just looked at Nicki Minaj tour dates and found that all her Sept (only 1) and early Oct dates (nine) have been postponed, to be rescheduled on later dates. The postpone was made around Aug 3, "due to international schedule conflicts". SO I guess it's true that she will be joining the AI judge panel The only thing I am concerned about is Adam was in talks with AI and he expected to get it, now he doesn't, he feels disappointed and sad about it like many of us. The worst thing is he had hope to use it as a launch pad for the next single, now he has to change all the plans. If I were in that situation, I would breakdown. No No say that AI's never approached himSo you think they decided to have a third single based on talks about AI only, BEFORE he actually SIGNED the papers ? Or that they decided to have a third single eitherway and when the opportunity of AI gig came along they thought "this would be a great launch for the new single" I'm not sure I understand what you're saying ?? |

That is harsh and only a matter of opinion for some people. I don't get the Tommy bashing as much as I don't get the Tommy stanning. :-/
One thing I can say without doubt, about whoever is in Adam's band, is that he will not sacrifice quality. He is a professional through and through. To suggest that Tommy has this job only because he is a friend of Adam's or because no one else wants him (which is not true) is IMO bashing Adam's professionalism.
Back to Summer Sonic!! OMG! Have watched this video 4 times already!
