The band had a ton of albums so there are quite a few songs that were never played live...

I'll probably get into it more in depth in the Queen thread but...

The band last toured with Freddie in 1986. From all accounts Freddie discovered he was HIV positive in 1987. Although there is a ton of speculation, I think he had an idea that something was wrong as early as 1985-1986. The last tour there just was changes in him. His interaction with the audience was more final. There had been rumors that Queen was going to split up at that time. At Wembley Stadium, Freddie addressed those rumors with a prophetic statement: "We're going to stay together until we fucking well die."

And at the end instead of saying the usual, we love you, see you soon or we'll be back it was we love you god bless....etc.

Freddie only had 3 more live "performances" after 1986 in Knebworth. TWO of which were mimed performances with Montserrat Caballe. The third was an actual live performance at a charity gala of the musical Time.

SO the band never got to tour again while The Miracle came out in 1989, Innuendo came out in 1991 and Freddie died late 1991...and of course Made In Heaven came out posthumously.

Highly unfortunate...but AMAZING that his voice stayed so amazingly strong as I'll get to it.

Throughout the rest of their career only I Want It All was performed off The Miracle (by Brian on his solo tour and with Paul Rodgers and Adam).

Innuendo was performed ONCE (with Robert Plant at the Freddie Tribute...and not well unfortunately)

Headlong was performed by Brian on solo tours,

Ride The Wild Wind by Roger on solo tours,

These Are The Days Of Our Lives (with George Michael & Lisa Stansfield at the Freddie Tribute, by Roger on his solo tours, with QPR and QAL - Roger singing on all but the Tribute)

The Show Must Go On (at the Freddie Tribute with Elton John, at the Bejart Ballet with Elton John, on Brian's solo tours, at Roger's solo tours, with QPR and QAL).

and that's really it. It's extremely sad because Freddie gave some of his best performances of all time on those albums :( What's worse is that even when they have played they've ignored some true classics!! I wanted to see Adam on Was It All Worth It, Breakthru, Don't Try So Hard or Let Me Live
