awww..too sweet. That was such a special moment for me. There was another exit without the Dragon Attack jacket when Adam and Brian went off holding hands but I've not been able to find it again. I can't help, but I'd love to see it. Was it during Dragon Attack? Yes...it was a fan video from that left side (our left watching) and I saved so many but can't find that one. I've re watched every Dragon Attack vid I've seen posted to no avail. |

I love "Bridge Over Troubled Water" and I still equate it with Simon and Garfunkle, not Clay, so he hasn't ruined it for me. OMG!! Would LOVE to hear Adam do "Stairway to Heaven." I still contend that we might hear something this coming week so Fox can get things rolling - like a press conference that won't compete with XF and fall season launch, official photos and other aspects that don't demand secrecy. Producers' callbacks can proceed without all that BS too. The sooner they can start promoting the new brand and faces of the show the better. When XF announced Nick J. as a mentors' helper or whatever they're called, it generated an article from Shirley and litttle else that I saw. Not like that is a big news cycle waiting to happen. I am surprised that they haven't announced the host - I would have thought they would have been circulating rumors around that a lot more than they have been. Seemed they started to at the beginning of the summer, then they kind of dropped it. I thought they have announce the hosts, Kelly Oshborne and another guy I don't know.. :-/ LOL, oh did they? I remember hearing something about Kelly O. getting a new gig, but wasn't sure what they were talking about. And I think I was busy at the time, so didn't try to track it back. Cool. She'll be good. Oh, just saw your update, Q3. So still not confirmed? |

As we come closer to the end of the Idol mystery I've been thinking a lot about my role as a fan. IF Adam DOESN'T get the judge position, here is my pledge: I will recognize that it was an honor to just be on the list of those considered for the highest exposure gig on tv. I will not whine all over the internet and twitterverse--'cause that is sure not what Adam needs or wants. I will not be all over his butt (or his team's) about what is next because I know they are working hard to sell him to a tough market. I will remember all he has accomplished in a short time. I will love him no matter if the world joins me or not. I will remember that music and performance are in his soul and he will never stop singing. I will be happy, as will he, as long as he has that. That being said, I am still on team #ibelieve!...but I am not out of touch with reality. Deserves to be on every page. |

My DH actually has a song he would love for Adam to cover. So much so that he had me tweet it to Adam a few times . He thinks the lyrics are perfect for Adam. This song does give me goosebumps, reminds me just how much I love music.

Now I'm back looking for it again...if it was the July 12th show it wasn't Dragon Attack because Adam wasn't wearing the flamingo jacket...as I recall he and Brian were both wearing black and Brian was waiting on the side for Adam and they exited holding hands. One of the best captures and I didn't save it :( |
