They are either feeding it, or the press is just taking note. Either way, it is perfect for Adam!! And this fact ( that he is the only Idol family member) will be noted when it happens, too. I am sure of it! mys*&@^#r, where did you read that fact? I heard last night from ENews that with Randy's gone they need someone that familiar with the AI history .. or something like that. I don't quite understand your question, so I will just try to explain myself better. The fact is, that if Adam doesn't get the judge position, there will be no one from the past "Idol Family" on the panel. I have always said that with Randy gone (I always believed he'd be gone and have said it many times) they would need Adam. He's been there, he knows songs that have been used, he's been a fan for years, he knows Idol history. The other 3 will be clueless, although Keith has said that he and Nicole watch it occasionally. They liked Danny in Season8! LOL! So, I was just noting that the E News story noted that there would be no one from Idol on the panel and so did that article linked earlier in the thread. |

I was just wondering what you were referring to. I didn't want to ruin the music of today's thread with another mashed potato post. So I was waiting. It's easy. I just connected things we already knew, all the way back to July. On July 18th (Costa Mesa/Fantasy Springs week) Shoshanna tweeted that she was coming to LA in Sept. Glamberts tweeted her and asked if it was for something for Adam and she wouldn't say. Someone tweeted her a list of 5 people she represents and asked if it was for one of them, and she said "Yes." Adam was of course one of the people on the list, so were Britney and Usher who are both very active right now with XF and music. About 10 days ago, someone asked her when she would be here and she said "end of Sept." At the time I thought, "Oh damn, it can't be for Adam or Idol. That would be too late." But, now that we seem to have the Sept. 22nd date for Idol judges' rounds beginning, well, end of Sept could be for Adam. So, my conclusion was, that if this trip she makes in Sept is indeed for Adam, we will know that she knew about Idol back on July 18th. It's the week I have always said Adam signed! ;D |
