Too bad you have to skip these because if she listened a few more times, I'll bet she would love them. I didn't like Kickin In the first few times either, but now I love it. Once it Kicks In, it is kind of addictive. I love everything about the produciton. The frenetic background makes it sound just like someone downing one shot after another! Am I the only one who loved Kickin' In on first listen? I loved it then and I love it now. It is probably my favorite fast song. Maybe because I was a big MJ fan and it sounds like him to me.
Kickin In was not my #1 until I saw him perform it in Wilkes Barre. It was the most awesome of the awesome! Fell in love with it & still love it madly.

I don't like it live at all but once I got over the initial WTF IS HAPPENING reaction to the studio version I loved it :D

"FOR NOW" Talking about shows with Queen. In every interview about Queen he never forgets to add "FOR NOW" Regardless of all the guessing/angst about AI, we can be confident that Adam has a very busy year ahead. As an artist he will continue to surprise us, and because of his great talent, beauty, charisma, etc., opportunities we haven't even thought of will appear. I have my season ticket lifetime pass for this crazy train ride. 8-)

Weird, huh? :-/ I love the whole CD, but my favorite is also the first half, and then I also skip to Running and By the Rules, which I have become to love because it sounds like Bossa Nova.
