My favorite half is the first half, then I skip to Runnin and listen to all the Bonus tracks! Weird, huh? :-/ It's very rare that I listen to Broken English, Underneath, Chokehold, OOL. Runnin' I skip as soon as he starts holding the big "afteeeeeeeeeeer!" cause the song just falls apart from there. I find myself skipping from Naked Love all the way to BTR and Map a lot, they're SO good! I thought I was the only one who thought WTF when hearing the ending of Runnin'. It's like they didn't finish the track. I get a little of the same feeling with the ending of BTR. Both are bonus tracks, and I wondered if he didn't worry so much about making sure they had a strong ending. Oh, well. Picking at nits again. He sounds so frickin' good, regardless. |

Looks like The Matinee went well..only two songs kind of surprised me, but the reactions seemed very positive. And everyone had fun!  Loved that the VJJ's sang..what a ride they have had. Sauli..woah...muscles AND leopard pants!! Fierce, dude.  Glad Adam got to see old friends and no one got dissed for being in attendance. Kudos to the LGBT community! The new not official single..very impressed that Dallas is all over this song. So that bodes well IMO. It might have been an unintentional slip but there it is.. :Clap: :Clap: I don't feel it has any impact on Idol and Adam's team is moving on as planned. If anything, it has created BUZZ, people, BUZZ. And that is a very good thing. If Idol announces next week, the crazy train is now primed and ready to go!! (I know wrong song..but the lyrics fit) Not remotely surprised TP was chosen even before all the Japanese shows. Had a lot of fun yesterday on the thread! Can't tell you all how much I appreciated the good spirits, great music and vids and overall humor..lol..  |

I'm glad Trespassing is the next single ;D And it's the best live track as well I can always feel Adam's deep commitment to Trespassing each time he sings it. I prefer it live actually. As with most of Adam's songs, nothing like seeing him change one up live. Cannae help myself..I'm a Shady Lady. Yeah, baby. 8-) |

I think it is funny that we keep forgetting one of the tracks that feels so 'Adam' is also not written by him....Underneath Adam has a writing credit on Underneath. ETA: Writers: Adam Lambert, Josh Crosby, Catt Gravitt, Tom Shapiro Oddly Josh Crosby also worked on PTL -- a pretty different song. |
