My mom wouldn't let me wear legwarmers....  Plus, I think I was the only kid in school who didn't have striped jeans. OMG, can't believe I'm still petulant about that! :( ;D But Hoppers there's still time!!!! And think how fashion forward you will be. Here let's start practicing and we'll dance with you! Ooooooh....was just a smidge to young to see that in theaters!! Missed the Breakfast Club too, though lord knows I saw it enough on tv!! I *do* remember seeing Some Kind of Wonderful and War Games tho'.. How about a nice game of Thermonuclear War?? ;D |

I have been laughing the past hour catching up on all your stories! I wish I had somehting to contribute but the few times i have gotten really, really drunk I have thrown up then fallen asleep! So boring! Why isn't there more SQUEEING!!!! about being Number 2 on Q102! Being a teenager in the 80s really didn't get too wild... all night skates and the invention of Atari was about as exciting as it got for us LOL... Dude, you're forgetting the legwarmers. WE HAD LEGWARMERS! :   LMFAO... OMG what a horrible horrible trend that was... thank god my family was too poor to waste money on that fashion trend. I did have pink hair though and wear lots of eyeliner like Duran Duran ;D |
