Here's the latest network drama: bit.ly/Rpp8bt I am curious about something....here in Canada, most people automatically subscribe to 'time shift' options re their cable subscriptions as it is usually about $5 extra and means you aren't concerned about shows being on the same time...you just watch them from an alternative time zone. If a show such as Xfactor shows at the same time as Voice [say 8 pm], I just watch one of them at 5 from an eastern station and one at 8pm from my own pacific time.... It works for shows like SYTYCD which show the same night I have chorus rehearsal...I watch the first hour or so before I go and the last hour from a different timezone when I return. Do you not have this option? I can't imagine you don't... at the least, your pvr can record the east option and watch as soon as you get home. For easterners it is less convenient as the option means watching really late...but when I lived in Ottawa I still used this regularly...just a little differently. It would seem to me that this would pretty much neutralize any possible advantage to this sort of strategic programming.... |

But I don't know of any cable provider that has that option. Your last sentence pretty much sums up- why we don't have it! I would think it is not allowed due to the importance of ratings and which hour a show gets watched. Maybe? |

This is the BEST performance of Trespassing - London Showcase! So much ATTITUDE!!!
I hope the music video (and every live performance and [hopefully] TV performance) has this much in-your-face attitude. LOVE IT! My favorite performance EVER! This song is all the things I love about him rolled up in one. Love that the phrase MAKE THEIR FACES CRACK is exactly what this singles purpose is. Forge on little song, change the world. LET'S GO! I'd forgotten about GloZell. Still funny upon relistening. Adam better get her video (and the one that starts with sufferage movement)! I sure hope people are thinking CREATIVE, it's Adam after all! Suddenly things are perking up around here. |
