Yes, that is what I see. But HELP! I don't see how to vote. There is nothing to click on that I have found. HELP! ETA: There must have been a problem. I refreshed now and voted. Working my way through thread, but just checked and it is open to vote right now, I was able to vote again (had 'voted' this morning) and there are only 10 more votes needed to reach 1000. We will be done before 5 pm today rather than waiting til Monday. Glamberts get the job done! Done and done. Just voted and it was 1039.

I have not finished the thread, but I wanted to pitch in about Enrique Iglesias in Spain. His last concert in Spain was 12 years ago (2000). So, you can see that he is not very popular here, as I have said a few times here. ¡Hola! Someone from Spain! Nice to meet you! Actually, he did a concert last May, but yes, before last May the last one had been on 2000. I've been saying that he's not that popular here, but they don't believe me. We've also been asked to keep things on topic, so this is the last time I talk about Enrique in here. I just had to answer to you, since you're from Spain too. :D Holaaaa, albiku!!!!!! So nice to finally have somebody else from Spain here :D I have been the only one since the PF times. Where in Spain are you? un abrazo!!!!

Why do Idol and the advertisers want those who can't judge to be a judge? Enrique said he wasn't a good judge in an interview Nicki is also unsure if she is a good judge

I guess I'm not going to react either way about AI yet because nothing OFFICIAL has been announced. My concern at the moment is that we fans are able to go with the flow a bit (many are). But I'm always a bit worried when a few beloved Atoppers express so much investment in our fandom that they are crying or feeling huge anxiety or basing personal happiness on the outcome of Adam's career. I know many of us question our sanity at being here (yo). While I hope for the best for him, I need to stay focused on my real life and not live through someone else. Hugs to all. I am an emotional person, and always think of myself as a little bit of a bad sport so not winning is hard on me. I have been like that about sport teams also, and I will be lucky to survive the election. I do always move on after I lick my wounds for awhile, and I will with this too. What I wanted to make clear is that this tendency does not make me divorced from reality. I still have a real life that keeps me busy with a career, family and friends. There are many ways that people cope with disappointments. This one was made worse because it was so drawn out. Many different responses are considered within the normal range of human behavior.
Both beautifully said, ladies!!
I feel very lucky to have found "Planet Fierce" at first google 3 years ago then finally delurked and become an official posting member on Atopia.
Since then, I have never gone to any other sites this is the only "Adam-go-to-place" for me (at times, it's hard enough to just keep up with Atopia), although I don't have any personal experiences with the "Idol bubble" people often refer to, I get the gist of it --- basically a high school playground. So, I'm very grateful to Q3 and all the Mods working hard to keep Atopia a true Adam Lambert forum, where members can voice their own point of views without being disrespectful to others and unlike other blogs or fan boards which I've heard plenty from fellow Atopians here that trolls can walk in any time casually spewing hate and nonsensical statements without any concrete numbers & facts, or logic behind it, only to mock & belittle Adam. Over here at Atopia, we have angst & worry, and different opinions but we're all TRUE fans!

I wonder why Idol didn't approach Marc Anthony about judging? (Maybe they did, who knows anymore.)

Ok I'm confused. Why does one article claiming it knows something, but that doesn't actually contain any new info beyond the same speculations that have been recycled for the last 2 months, suddenly get believed as the final word on something? The only thing different here is the article itself is claiming the panel is done... But I see nothing new of substance to prove it.
What am I missing? Is deadline a highly reputable pop culture source? Is there something else official that I haven't seen?
(I'm pretty ambivalent to the idol gig, so this isn't just blind hope on my part...I just don't understand why everyone thinks it's all over. Apologies in advance if there's an official press release out there.)

Yes, Deadline is a very reputable source with connections. But it is by no means an "official" source.

We are losing ground fast to Chris Brown on Grammy poll. I hate to lose to someone like that.
