Gee the tweet on Sept 3rd was dinner mid-week with the guy she said was like her favorite person. It is now the weekend. Do I have the wrong tweet? It could be the "manager" arrived mid-week from the U.S., and they meet again at dinner today Yes I checked the twitters when you wrote that just to check facts...and you have a point ...meet then eat later in the week. She also responded ... no not John Legend..then continues with 2 follow up tweets including no, but connected.. I in no way know if Adam and John Legend have a manger/management team that is connected... My heart wishes that Rihannsu's prediction is right and I wish he and Pharrell even had that whole thing in the bag and tied with a bow in July. But there is no way I could explain multiple articles since then and especially the offers that have gone out to Enrique and Nicki at varying $ amounts. Nicki has not denied that an offer was made. Only said she would not comment on her response to it.
Not sure right now whether we ever had a confirmation that Enrique has actually received an offer or whether this was just media reports, but my impression is that the offer at least has gone out and that he is the 'preferred' candidate.
If Adam and/or Pharrell had that wrapped up in July, how would these offers to others be explained? Is the media full of crap and the offers were never made? Or...Idol is now in the business of making phantom offers with millions involved? Somehow all this does not quite add up.
I get the impression that they got a one-sided yes from Adam to a possible contract (without a binding commitment on their side and they are using him (and Randy) as back-up plans, but that they really want the other candidates.
And to be honest, that stinks and stings, because that means they are not truly valuing him as they should.
He is for the judging job at the mercy of Enrique not signing, which could still happen, but is of course less likely. If Nicki is not signing, I think they will rather get either Randy back into the panel or go for Pharrell.
I actually think, this producer/executive team has exactly the mess at their hands that the gossip press has been reporting and yes, I think they are STUPID to not value Adam more in all things he can bring to this panel.
So, this is how I see his chances. Not entirely gone yet, but dependent of Enrique.
Glad, Adam had fun yesterday. He clearly needed to party and relax and that was the environment he could do that in, that is what I read from the tweet.
And lol at the thought that Adam is going to alter his behavior to accommodate anyone. He is TRESPASSING his world into mid-American living rooms, not letting mid-America define his world. Done that for 3 years now and not for a minute do I think this is going to change. Good for him!

( based on substantial evidence of Mr. Lambert's tweet, duh) If only the pics from last night emerged. For no other reason than to complete 4Msrmyn's archives, lol |

I know that whatever Adam winds up doing I will be happy, surprised and find that it is something I didn't know I wanted!  But... I did call Idol on July 27th and I stand by it Besides I have $10 riding on this Yeah, and I want it in $1 bills so I can go to my local strip club and tuck them wantonly into G-strings and make everybody happy!  |

I don't want to be rude, but I have to say this about the last few days. Adam and Shoshanna are human beings. Like most people, they don't speak in code. When you find yourself overreading, finding secret messages in most clear statements, please stop. When you find yourself resorting to body language analysis, please stop. The idol wait was hard enough, but all the people finding meaning in the tiniest things made it especially hard. Being literal minded is boring, but it's not such a bad thing.
