@pattihum I'm leaving Baton Rouge. Initial auditions were in NOLA though. No idea when third rounders are back but they said next few weeks Wow! Thanks so much for this...saw tweets (I scroll at work lol), only now reading Atop. So we have to wait for next few weeks, surely they will confirm judges soon....Not Adams soon I hope  |

Copenhagen is one of my favorite cities. I'm Danish on one side of my family and have a lot of relatives there -- I have been there twice and the last time my cousin took me to Tivoli (among other cool places). It really is magical at night! As Sauli would say, YAY! I wonder if he will be stopping over in NYC after this little trip...I'm thinking he might find some company there... |

The thread is so Twilight Zone-ish today.
First. When I logged in today, there was no reply button offered to me. Only share and print. ??? Tinu-ninu-tinu-ninu... I should have taken it as a sign, ( 'gtf out of here!') , but my feeble mind is incapable of taking hints. It trembled in fear that it would be required to remember the password for the place. Luckily, no such formidable mental endeavour was needed, only some refreshing... The page needed to powder its nose, I guess.
Second. Mr. Allan doing an impromptu fake suicide by jumping over the edge of Adam's pool made me scream, reaching desperately for the... turquoise aqua board shorts. Yeah, wtf exactly... They were so not Adam's ( were they??? ), and not to mention, as the most memorable symbol of Adam's rare fashion faux pas, the shorts is dispensable, to say the least. Idk if it was the 'Murder in Orient Express' atmosphere of the video, or the Beatles blasting in the background, but my irrationality reached its new hights... No one messes with the turquoise aqua board shorts. Tinu-ninu-tinu-ninu... I cherish Adam's dorkiness, for realz.
Third. Adam Lambert's Official site, or whatever it's called, you know, the one which has Tanzania and Togo listed, but not Serbia, is advertising the new AL Runaway poster, but it cannot be seen! I would have thought it was a conspiracy against me, naturally, what else, but I can see other posters... only not that one. And then, when I googled it, to try and see it elsewhere, I learned that Adam had a song by that name!!! ??? The lyrics, the YT, the whole shebang...
That was it, I screamed like a crazed out chicken and decided to run for the hills. Before Seoulmate's ostrich jumps out from the screen and eats me alive, which is the sole purpose of its existence, I'm convinced.

mys*&@^#r... who is Rob (producer)?  OK, it looks like they have started the producer rounds this week! We have known there is one in NYC on Friday, due to a member here, but we have thought that might be the first day. This girl is from Texas but she was tweeting yetserday from Baton Rouge. So she could be in either the NOLA auditions or the San Antonio auditions. I am thinking the NOLA one. The auditions go like this: Round one is the big arena audition with 5-10K people. Round 2 is Asst. producer auditions. Sometimes they are the very next day, right after the arena. Sometimes they are in a few weeks. Round 3 is producer auditions that are right before the judges. Her tweets show they are doing round 2 and 3 on the same day. That is unusual. There are 7 cities. So, they should be starting the judges rounds sometime next week. That's a guess. The finale of SYTYCD is next Tuesday, so not sure when Nigel will want to start Idol. If only someone who made round 3 would tweet, we'd know when the judges auditions are. Of course, that would get them disqualified. ;D I think that means they are doing Round 2 now and she thought made it through Round 2 but actually got cut from Round 3. Not that Round 3 was happening now. There was a blog someone did about Idol auditioning and he made it through Round 2 but was cut the next day and never got to Round 3 because they had too many good people. I don't have time to did it up but it is out there somewhere. (From 2010 auditions for AI10.) -- If someone makes it to Round 3, they will prob not risk Tweeting because that could cost them a slot and a potential big liability. You have to sign a non-disclosure agreement to audition. And they enforce it. People do talk after they are cut. |

No, Q3, this is very clear, to me. She did round 2 and 3 today. She passed round 2, but got cut in round 3.

Announce team in LA at first judging session -- 2 days. 1 day off. 6 more cities, 2 days each - 12 days. 8 days off during the rest of the judges rounds. Total time -- 23 days. Start 9/20/12 - finish 10/12/12 Start 9/27/12 - finish 10/19/12 Nicki makes her first concert .. Other possibilities: 1. Nicki moves part of UK tour to November when she is off. 2. They use a guest judge. 3. Nicki passes on Idol and goes on her tour. 4. They only have 3 of 4 judges for the judges rounds. ETA: Corrected Nicki's first concert date. |
