Took the train from Paris to London tonight and as I went to the underground station to go to my hotel, I saw the signs to Hammersmith. I got teary-eyed and had a lump in my throat. My colleague asked me what's wrong? How do I explain about QAL and the wonderful memories?
ETA: Glampoon, sorry I won't be able to see you this Friday in Bristol but enjoy your uni years. College was one of the best times in my life.

I do not feel sorry for Rhianna -- she is wildly successful, financially secure forever (net worth around US$ 80 million), has 6 studio albums and 40 singles including lot of #1 hits, and she is only 24. Not bad for a kid from Barbados who can to the US to pursue a recording career 8 years ago. -- And her cobra thrown was the best thing on the VMAs. (Of course there was not much worth watching on this year's VMAs.  ) ETA: But Adam would have looked better on that thrown!! JMHO. |

I feel sorry for Rhianna, not about her success, which I know she is wildly successfull, but her social and love life are left wanting. There has been allusion to her loving another women. Then on the Oprah interview, she stated how she still loves Chris Brown, and now the Chris Brown kiss at the VMA's. I just think she doesn't have it together yet in her love life. |
