After years of following Adam, since Hollywood week season 8 and a year or more of daily lurking here I finally took the plunge . I was feeling disappointed over IDOL but was then listening to MP3 downloads of QUEENBERT London 3 that vistadiva posted and reading the latest on Randy while watching US Open tennis with no sound. Glanced up and WE ARE THE CHAMPIONS was displayed on the TV screen. Fingers are crossed again!!. I went to Kiss concert a while back in Mansfield MA. just to see Adam live. Took my Sudoko to do and earplugs to wear until he was on and left after he finished his set to avoid traffic. Sound system at venue is not good but he sounded wonderful -even better live as everyone says. Mr. Iglesias was apparently performing later.
Back to lurking for now. Hubby wants to watch Hells Kitchen.

Well if Randy is back in s judge. Maybe Adam is mentoring.....Lot of screen time, j/s

Well if Rany is back in s judge. Maybe Adam is mentoring.....Lot of screen time, j/s More important -- the fact that Randy does not know yet, means they have not finalized the judges. They are behind where they were in 2010 -- and that is really surprising. But I am not unhappy about their trouble getting their desired judge list. |

Still no talk of Adam in these articles wonder if Adam got tired of all the nonsense and moved on with his life. Or, Idol and Adam couldn't agree on terms (salary, etc.), and since the producers need to finalize the judging panel as soon as possible, they decided to reinstate Randy. I think the Hollywood Reporter article is feasible. If the other judge options dropped out and FOX was determined to have a 4th judge, bringing back Randy makes sense. (And it would probably make Mariah happy.) Believe me, this scenario doesn't make me happy, but it seems plausible to me. ETA: I'm not saying this is fact, just saying that is makes sense as a possibility. |
