Put all the rumors together and my bet is Enrique got offered $4 million and wanted $12 million. Fox source would have said $4 million, Enrique source would have said $12 million. First, I am glad he is not going to be a judge. I still am an Idol fans and he was not a good judge choice. I am on team "not over until it's over". OR #2 Simon knows that Randy is past his expiration date as a judge and won't help Idol's ratings, so he sees this as added support for X-Factor beating Idol in the ratings. So, he is a happy man. ;D ETA: Last year, Simon claimed that X-Factor would be the #1 show. Turns out X-Factor did not live up to his predictions, and Idol ended the TV season in first place. Simon would probably love to redeem himself by besting Idol this year. |

Actually, not worth a shit!
Really, it's just a moment to put out there what I think is happening.
I've lurked and agonized and been on the teeter-totter of doom (just like the one at Burning Man) for well over a month. This is what I think.
Adam is an Idol judge.
He knew this on July 21st. He was over the top at FS - this the reason!
That's why the calendar is clear; that's why many stores are restocking 'Trespassing'; that's why the single will drop for radio play in another week; that's why Honest Adam is mum.
He'll perform Trespassing on Idol - with Pharrell!
Adam will be in NYC for the announcement. Sauli will be there, too.
I've wavered at times. S*&@^#r has kept my hope alive. She has a clue.
Here goes . . . ready for another stomach flipflop on the rollercoaster!

After years of following Adam, since Hollywood week season 8 and a year or more of daily lurking here I finally took the plunge . I was feeling disappointed over IDOL but was then listening to MP3 downloads of QUEENBERT London 3 that vistadiva posted and reading the latest on Randy while watching US Open tennis with no sound. Glanced up and WE ARE THE CHAMPIONS was displayed on the TV screen. Fingers are crossed again!!. I went to Kiss concert a while back in Mansfield MA. just to see Adam live. Took my Sudoko to do and earplugs to wear until he was on and left after he finished his set to avoid traffic. Sound system at venue is not good but he sounded wonderful -even better live as everyone says. Mr. Iglesias was apparently performing later. Back to lurking for now. Hubby wants to watch Hells Kitchen. Welcome lyzzysmom!! Glad you found us!!!  |
