Yep! 2 random people added that to their tweets last night! In 3 years, I do not remember anyone doing that! Now 2 in one night! WTF!  yup. Trying to process and going in the real loop the loop...: However- why would he say something to random people in a bar? . Logically he could only say that he is waiting and they are tweeting the hashtag as a "wish" . Bar person: How long you gonna be in NYC Adam: Unfortunately only a few days. Have to be back by Thursday. Bar person: Aww, got a show to do or something? Afam: Have to be there for the big Idol announcement. Bar person: Oh, what's happening? Adam: You'll have to wait and see! #AmericanIdol  You all should come live in my world. So much fun! |

But I do hate Joan Rivers. Probably this is petty, but I hate Joan Rivers for making Adam a punchline when he was wearing his beautiful Grammy suit. |

IDK why we are believing a source that had Enrique all but signed on Friday? A source that goes back and changes their wording so they don't look like they were wrong once already! All the other articles seem to be coming from that one Detailed "leak." Until Idol/FOX announces it themselves, I am going with that this is their way of letting Randy save face. He will decide to not take the judging posiiton, due to Mariah being on the panel. He will then become a mentor, perhaps like the critiques that Jimmy gave on results' night last year. I may be (or definitely) am nuts but I still think Adam has this. Nothing has happened today to make me change my mind. ;D I said earlier that I didn't understand why people thought it was over Randy has it when last week it was over because Enrique had it. It seems like a few weeks before it was over because Nick had it. I'm just waiting for an official announcement. Even if Adam didn't have anything to do with it I'd think Randy is a ridiculous choice. I can't believe all those names all summer and they come up with Randy. Even if he wasn't useless it's time move on. Over the years I've heard people talk a lot about Simon, Paula some about Steven, I never hear anyone talk about Randy. |

I am not in disagreement that Randy's time is up but as an Adam fan I felt the need to defend his record when he is being trash talked. He was good for Adam so he was good for me. What uselessness he's been since season 8 doesnt overshadow what he did for Adam. I just don't understand being an Adam fan and hating Randy at the same time. His time is up. He's served his purpose. But I cannot hate on him. I don't hate Randy. He seems like a very ncie man. He even treid to help Alisan Porter with her music, and a few of the Idol kids like Brooke White. He is doing a big PR week this week for Diabetes. I hate him as a judge! I would take back Steven Tyler's "beautiful" before I would want Randy on the panel. << For real! Hear, hear! |

There is only one possible reason they'd keep Randy IMO. He's continuity. Adam is the only one who could replace that. So, I think it was never Adam vs Enrique etc. I think it's always been Adam vs Randy. And they had to fill the rest of the seats to make that final decision.

Kay - Thanks for posting "Come to Me, Bend to Me" - hadn't listened to it for awhile. It's so beautiful. And if there is a new fan who hasn't heard it before, I'm sure she/he is grateful!
