I was waiting for all the loud cheers of enthusiasm as each got out of their cars and talked to the interviewer. Still waiting..... I have to believe that if Adam was on that panel when he stepped out of his car and was interviewed the Glamberts would be out in force for him. They would definitely REPRESENT! ;D Keith Urban seems like a nice guy. I know little to nothing about him and his music but I think Adam and him would have gotten along nicely. I think he'll try to make it more about the contestant since he said he was in their position a couple of times. I agree that I really expect KU is going to be the only judge worth listening to....which is saying something considering he is the lowest paid. I am also sorry .... really sorry...to have to say that I suspect the two females are likely going to be the "weakest links"...how unbelievably sadz....hope I am wrong tho I may be too busy watching the Voice.... Keith Urban has a pretty encyclopedic knowledge of music (all genres), he's genuinely good bloke and I am horrified that he has been drawn into this shamozzle - can't imagine he needs the paycheck so don't really understand what his motivation for doing it is. Thrilled the universe aligned to keep Adam away from this #trainwreckahead

I tried to watch all the video entries (thanks to Gabby and wall) as they came in (because I, for one, was not in NY making three appearances a day and going out afterwards!). And I was completely overwhelmed! Some of the winners were videos I had stopped watching after 30 seconds assuming they were nothing special. Obviously Adam truly watched them! And he watched more than I did as some of the winners I had never seen. I am shoked at the enormity of this job!
BTW There was a wide diversity in the winners. They represented many parts of the world, races, genders, minorities, orientations, ages, appearances, special needs, singers, dancers, nerds, rebels, etc. About the only ones missing (from the zillons of entries not just winners) were stereotyped Glambert older women...
Going to bed in awe and wonder that he manages to blow away even the people who are already obsessed with him in the first place?

Thrilled the universe aligned to keep Adam away from this #trainwreckahead There is a poll on EW, asking who will be the best judge. Keith is leading at 55%. It doesn't say how many voters, but there are about 50 comments. popwatch.ew.com/2012/09/16/american-idol-judges/I didn't think I would really care about the Idol judge announcement - but I did and it was quite depressing this morning. And I didn't think I would care that much about the Trespassing video contest - but all the wonderfully colorful and diverse entries and the fact that Adam & Sauli have indeed watched the videos and punctually announced the winners tonight lifted my spirits a lot. Upwards and onwards!

I really thank the Universe for bringing Adam and Sauli together. They are truly very caring and good hearted people. They are a total 'class act'. They both deserve to be happy and in love. So glad they found each other.

Upwards and onwards! I think Keith will be the best panelist and bring something of what we would have expected of Adam minus all the charisma and star power. I am sure he is a great country music star but just not working on the same octave. I LOVED the contest!! Adam is a genius. He totally changed the chemistry of the day. It was the classic football technique of "make a lateral move".

Aidan McEwan @aidanmcewan OMG! Am shaking right now!! Thanks @adamlambert! Glad you liked it! All the entries rocked! Great job! Thank you, thank you, thank you! :D Liam McEwan @liammcewan Wow! Wasn't expecting that, but we're totally thrilled! THANK YOU @adamlambert. This means so much to us. Well done to all who entered! These two guys are possibly the classiest Adam fans ever. I am so happy they won and I hope Adam give them an interview for the prize.
Just over two weeks ago Q3 and QueeenAl posted some really nice comments about Liam and Aidan.
I took the liberty of c/ping them over to our NZGT private FB page for them to see. I meant to bring his response back then, but have been trying to take a bit of a breather from the fandom of late. No particular reasons, just not been into AI stuff, am feeling really tired right now and have a mountain of RL stuff to address.
Anyhoo... this is Liam's response to those posts, which I thought your might want to see ;D
Liam McEwan Ohhhhh thanks for sharing Cherie! Could you please send them a HUGE thanks from us!? That's really nice of them to say, and means the world! Adamtopia sounds like an awesome place! I've really gotta get in to it! :D :D :D September 1 at 5:05pmThese were the posts btw.... Liam and Aidan - you've had some nice comments on Atop after someone posted your 'Pop That Lock' vid there )))))))))
