I don't know why I'm up at 5:30am - I guess the anticipation of driving to Mayumi's today.
OTT
Had 6 showings in 4 days and 1 came back last night as a second showing and 2 showings today. Of the 2 today, one is another second showing. Hoping for 2 competing offers next week. If this happens we can close around the the time of our closing on our new home. Karma, I tellya. Karma.
I am so flipping excited!!!!!!!!!!
Adam always comes out on top, and with this last gate - He will reign supreme.
