It was announced as the boot song for season 7, and I have a vague memory of ferras performing it on the show, but in the end they used Reuben's Celebrate Me Home for the rest of the season. "And now you know the rest of the story." Thanks I didn't know all of the particulars I can't remember anything important, but I can hang on to pop culture trivia forever!

HAPPY BIRTHDAY, LIGHTLOVEADAM!!and BELATED WISHES TO KAYKO!!Just here on a very short break, but saw mention of Ferras...this is my fav vid EVAH of him performing. Not sure shy he hasn't had even more success than he has, because I really like him. And look who he's singing with...I leave you all to analyze why KP (whom I like, btw) has had huge success, while Ferras has not. (No tits is my guess, lol! J/K, J/K!! ;D) Honestly, I think this is a beautiful love song... OH, speaking of KP, and on E!News I saw Russel Brand interviewed and sounds like he is for sure going to be in ROCK OF AGES movie, just a matter of negotiating $. Q3, loved your ten movie ideas (which day?) I'm all about Judas in JCS by Baz L(mainly because it's a role AL wants)--but all your suggestions were clever. Lots more thoughts on this, but no time to post. AND SQUEEEEEEEEEEE for SIA collab. If any of you get bored during slow news days, just go to utube and check out interviews she's done. The girl reminds me SO much of AFL personality-wise. Love her and her skills. Okay, as you were! Miss you guys!

J-1's are typically visa's for people who come here for education or training. The media visa is an I visa, but I only have a marginal understanding of how it works. You can qualify for this visa as a freelancer if you have a contract with a specific media organization. And there are ways to extend the media visa at the end of the year. If they decide to go all-in with this relationship, it may be tricky. People who travel on a Finnish passport can come without a visa to visit for 90 days. If they decided they wanted to be together full-time, I don't know what happens. There is a fiance visa for people getting married, but at the moment marriage isn't an option for them and I don't know how that gets handled for gay and lesbian couples. It just seems like if this progresses, they are going to want to live in the same place, just like any other couple. And if they do, my bet is they'll talk to experts and figure it out. My guess is that Sauli will be employed as a production assistant on Adam's next tour Interesting idea, but I'm not so sure that that would get the ok from immigration. There are waiting lists and other considerations. Adam and Sauli are more fortunate than so many others. Adam & Sauli can travel. Sorry, it's just that I have an "almost' family member trying to immigrate.

I love the picture they use here: Justin Bieber has The Beliebers, Lady GaGa loves her Little Monsters, Rihanna runs The Rihanna Navy, Katy Perry's supported by The Bandaids, Adam Lambert rules The Glamberts and they're just the tip of the iceberg.

Oh, duh! That should have occured to me. I like the way you think. If they want to be together full time, I really want there to be a way to make it happen. Maybe they could take Katri along to staff the merchandise booth. Sauli is very attached to his own family too, let's not forget that . No doubt he'll want to come back home once and awhile to see them too. When Katri is not around like now, he is sort of all alone except Adam - that's tough. But as he is very social and likable, he'll soon make friends with people he has met now. And I hope he'll have some job to do too, to be able to concentrate on something real on his own too. And for some income. But I have also no doubt that the guys will be able to make the future work out the way that suits them best, they have been pretty good at that for the past 5 months.

How did Madonna and Guy Richie work it out...oops they were married...Perry and Brand .. married.. Hmm I read on google, that Finland may pass the marriage act for gay couples this year.We have a few states where gay people can get married .. would that help in immigration situations. Not easy! If adam and Sauli can overcome all the trials of trying to be together, than they are really committed."Cart before the horse?"

I like the artist/writers that Adam is collaborationg with. It seems that he is not attempting to follow the market with Adam #2, but that he is just going to follow his instincts on what works for him. It's going to be interesting. IMO, his best results have occurred when he just went with his gut. Even the infamous performance that will not be names had great results.
I have read that there is a concern that some of these collabs may not necessarily produce radio friendly music. I trust that the Adam and the label will ensure that there is a balance between radio friendly and art. At any rate, if one looks at the current sales in the music industry, there are hella more non-buyers of music than there are buyers. Just based on many of the music recommendations on this board, people are listening to a lot of music that is never played on the radio. The trick is to find a way to get revenue from the non-buyers. This seems to play into Adam's strong suit which is live performances.
I am not discounting radio. Radio is still the most effective way to get a message out to the masses. I am a bit frustrated with the PD of the music stations. I find it hard to believe that all anyone wants to listen to is urban, rap, disco, dance tracks. Back in the stone ages when I listened to radio more, I did like dance tracks, but I also loved songs that had meaning and the slow tracks. Hey, what was a house party without the slow song in between the dance tracks. At this point, I would compare current CHR to one night stand sex. It's all frenzy with no foreplay and no bask in the glow afterplay. Sort of liked "Soaked".

Hey - NEEDACOKE - here's that link to AO with a timeline of ADAM performances/pics/interviews (pre and post idol) including all GNT concerts...enjoy!!! www.adamofficial.com/us/node/927533Also includes idol performances...it gets updated constantly. It is nowhere as complete as 4Msrmyn's work of art, but great for a quick snack on some adam goodness all in one place. Thanks, maitospf!
