I am very . . . . appreciative of Adam's new tattoo - I can see that it's very artful, complicated. And, evidently, meaningful to him. I can't honestly say I like it myself, though - at least not yet, just 'cuz I find that water from the mouth part off-putting or something. (It vastly amuses me he went for something so unique, though.)

Sorry for interrupting the flow of the conversation on the new tattoo, (I would like to try and catch my breath or shake my head... not sure which. Well he obviously likes it.)
Anyway my thank you post to gelly14 would not post when page 6 was up, and page 6 still won't come up.
Is is just my computer? :dunno:

that THING is mighty SCARY looking.... ugly actually...
will take me a very very very loooong time to start "loving" it...
What does the "vomiting" stuff mean? and the eyes are terrifying...
ok, looking for the bright side....HELP!!!

Looking at the lips of this new tattoo it reminds me of the lips from the picture he drew while in Gemany? Can someone post that pic.
The reason I mention this is because if my memory is working, I would then speculate that Adam had a hand at the design image/drafting for this new tattoo.
I will reserve my opinion... I need to see it in action, as in a no sleeves performance:-)

You have to look for the symbolism in the drawing. It's full of symbols that are very important to him. Anyway, WE don't have to like it. He's the one who has to like it, and if he likes it, screw everyone else. It's his body. Would I get that same tattoo in my arm? Hell, no. But I can appreciate it from an artistic and symbolic point of view.  ETA: If I ever get a tattoo, it will be tiny (kind of like their Oofta tattoo) and probably related to music. Like, a treble clef or something like that. |

For me, I prefer the image if I think of that as Air rather than Water - but either way it is reminding me now of the sort of illustration I could imagine on an antique Tarot card. (For a really eye-popping celeb tattoo, though, Google Brandy's . . . )
