The ISPs, in order to speed up internet browsing, cache domain names. How often each ISP updates their cache varies per ISP from anywhere from a couple of hours to a couple of days. This is totally dependent on the user's ISP and has nothing to do with RCA. Some users will be able to access the new domain within a matter of hours, some may take up to a couple of days. |

BTW , see that pose ? I remember reading something to do with that pose on The Vigilant Citizen (a web page) It has something to do with Freemasonry .... Or something like that  The pose is hiding one hand beneath the jacket like that . |
